Phone signal is great, the only dropped calls have been out in the country. However, this is an HTC Evo, and the data has degenerated to poor at my house and most of Omaha. Still waiting for that 4G that they thought was coming in 2011. Time to switch, hoping that AT&T isnt lying about their 4g covering most of Omaha. Tried Verizon before, but that was both bad data and bad phone at my house.

I moved here for work and had t mobile, been with them for 10 years and they wouldnt allow me out of contract. They said I had to prove an address, spent money on nebraska license mailed in everything they asked for.. and they still charged me $300. IM sooo pissed with them

Calls always drop! Terrible. I left AT&T which I did not have the issues then went on my daughters family plan at Sprint. I have called customer service and they all tell me the towers in my area are down. So when will they be up????

AT&T is by far the best for reception, data, and 4gLTE is perfect. Sprint is not sprinting fast at all should call it snail. If your a fan of the 1880 flip phone Verizon will give you a "Hell of a DEAL". AT&T is flawless anywhere I go in Omaha, Ne. I highly recommend AT&T!

Business acct.:Had Verizon for 10 years+.Lots of fees,Some dropped calls,Always liked to keep us from an upgrade!Then Sprint but now its "Snail".Sprint should try spending money on towers instead of "SprintCup,NFL,and whatever else that has nothing to with there Customer Service. These AT&T's are rockin 4g everywhere and Talk coverage excellent. Elkhorn,Omaha,Bennington. Dont believe everything you read go try them first.

I bought this phone in Nov. 2012, for the last 7 months I have been jerked around by every person I have talked to at tmobile.i want them to unlock my phone, which they won't because I haven't had service with them for sixty days, so how can I have service when they have no service in my stat?!? so now i'm just going to go after them legally, and it's going to cost much more than if they had just unlocked the phone.

4G LTE is solid. I use it as my home internet for the last 7 months, and able to watch shows Hulu and Netflix with very minimal problems.

I have absolutely no coverage in my office or in the parking lot. It takes almost 15-20 minutes to transfer emails with attachments to my desk top from my phone. I will be switching to Verizon when my contract expires in 2 weeks. I am sad as I have been a Sprint customer for over 17 years. Prior to that I was a Sprint home phone customer and past employee of 13 years. But I can't handle the fact that I am paying for 4g and get 0 data service. Goodbye Sprint. I will miss you... but not your slow network.
