This year is the first time I've had problems with Sprint, been with them many years. However the Benson towers are frequently down and I cannot get reception at my house. 2 weeks ago the towers were down for a week, started having problems again today. Customer service said estimated time of repair 2 day. I can get messages but it doesn't ring, I have to drive to 69th and Maple to get my phone to work.

The fact that Sprint still does not have any 4G coverage in Omaha is absolutely inexcusable. I have been a Sprint customer since January, 1999 and there is no way they will keep me once my contract expires. I travel across the state for work and have horrible phone reception once I leave the Omaha / Lincoln area. I have to pay an extra $10 / mo for the data plan, but it is completely worthless. The only way to be truly productive on my phone is to find a wifi hotspot.

I have been reading a lot about how poor the Sprint coverage is in Omaha, NE. I work near 72nd street and I-80 and I consistently have a VERY weak or no signal. I can't even launch the Google Play Store to look for a speed test app! This is a major area in the Omaha metro and I can't believe the service is so poor. I will be leaving Sprint at the first opportunity I get.

Phone signal is great, the only dropped calls have been out in the country. However, this is an HTC Evo, and the data has degenerated to poor at my house and most of Omaha. Still waiting for that 4G that they thought was coming in 2011. Time to switch, hoping that AT&T isnt lying about their 4g covering most of Omaha. Tried Verizon before, but that was both bad data and bad phone at my house.

Yeah. Have lived in Omaha for two years. Brought T-Mobile with me from Boston. Hard to know when or where around CU and mid-town I will have service. I'm ready to finally upgrade and change carriers but am unsure where to go.

I moved here for work and had t mobile, been with them for 10 years and they wouldnt allow me out of contract. They said I had to prove an address, spent money on nebraska license mailed in everything they asked for.. and they still charged me $300. IM sooo pissed with them
