Verizon

One bar service at 192 and Q st, yet escalating prices. Incompetent help desk. Wiped my phone out after I requested more than 1 bar service.

Keeps dropping calls going north from Gretna towards West Center

This company is absolutely terrible in every way. Watch it for double billing and billing errors.

I drive all around Omaha and I’m always buffering everything I do on my phone can’t face time with reconnecting. Lose phone calls and everything Sprint said switch to a new phone so I did still the same problem. switched from Verizon thinking I’d save money but honestly I pay $15 more then Sprint and it’s absolute shit

Issues are very rare. Good signal in basement, under bridges, or driving westwards. I haven't had issues downtown either, but less opportunity to try.

0-1 bar of 4G LTE, even though there is a Verizon tower nearby at Creighton Prep. Even Sprint has better coverage here. SAD.

1-2 signal bars outdoors. Goes down to 1-2 bars of 3G indoors. Either way, data requests time out a lot. Every company has a tower here, even T-Mobile. Cmon Verizon, this is a dead zone.

I use to have US Cellular for about 10 years. At first US Cellular wasn't a bad company. I received good cellphone covergae depending where I was. At work by the Oak View Mall I got probably like 3 bars and at home ( 132nd and West Center ) I probably got 2-3 bars. While I was at school though ( 144th and Pacific ) it wasn't that great. I got around 1 to 2 bars depending where I was in the building. I had a iPhone 7 plus and while driving a lot and random time of the day it would say Extended which means that US Cellular was using other cell towers so the speed wasn't great. Me and my family had unlimited data for 4 lines and were constantly paying around $400 a month which is CRAZY. When traveling US Cellular had ish OK cell reception but would cut out from here and there. We have family in Colorado and got absolutely no reception at all. AND IT WAS IN DENVER. US Cellular also always charges fees out of no where and has many hidden fees before you have service with them. So if you live in the-middle-of-no-where Nebraska then US Cellular is good for you I guess as long as you wanna pay for it. So my family switched to T-Mobile and it is amazing. Great reception everywhere and AMAZING reception in Denver. T-Mobile is new to Omaha so they are still adding towers therefore some spots are super great but over-all still. If your traveling T-Mobile has been around for awhile so they have great reception in like all of the US and AMAZING reception in Denver. And if your driving to states like Colorado since T-Mobile hasn't been in Nebraska that long they don't have many towers in western Nebraska they use US Cellular towers which are good in the middle of no where. And T-Mobile is a lot cheaper. My family now has 5 lines with unlimited data ( 4g until 50 Gigs and then 3g PER LINE ) and we are doing monthly installments for 3 new Iphone XR's and we are paying around $270. T-Mobile also gives you unlimited hot spot and 1 hour of free wifi for planes with no wifi and that's per month. T-Mobile also pays for FREE NETFLIX! T-Mobile is sooo much better then US Cellular and offers so much more! They even payed off our phones and contract at US Cellular. SWITCH TO T-MOBILE and never get US Cellular unless you live in a town of 2 people.
