It is unacceptable that there is barely any signal in an airport the size of Omaha. Was this review helpful to you?
It was 1-2 bars last year but now around 3 bars this year. Not bad but not great. It mostly works in Omaha area except malls and Eppley Airfield. Was this review helpful to you?
poor reception from Verizon in my home. great around town though, just in the house I seem to do a lot of tower hopping, going from 3 bars down to 1, then back every 10 mins or so. rather frustrating dropping calls every 10 minutes. Was this review helpful to you?
*Phone setting to 'Alltel Home Network', no service. Half way between Pacific and W. Center Rd streets. Note: Westside High School has very poor reception to Alltel towers 0-2 at best. My high school son's phone will go to "out of plan" roaming and gets additional charges (we have the Nat'l Plan). Was this review helpful to you?
I travel all areas of Omaha, from Council Bluffs to Waterloo to Blair to Gretna frequently, and only lose some signal in the valleys north of Omaha / C.B.Was this review helpful to you?
0 or 1 bars in and around the mall. If you can place or receive a call, you'll never be able to finish it while you're in the mall. Was this review helpful to you?
No Service in many parts of omaha. Awful customer service regarding cancellation of current contract that was started in Colorado. Recommend that people stay away from T-mobileWas this review helpful to you?
It is nearly impossible to get any reception at the bottoms of hills, frequent dropped calls. This is my 2nd Cingular phone and it's the same way.Was this review helpful to you?
Switched from Virgin Mobile with the Kyocera Slider phone to Verizon and the Motorola v276. A VAST improvement. What a joy to actually get reception bars in my own home! I specifically avoided Sprint / Nextel because Virgin Mobile used some of their towers for service, and I literally got no bars in my house. Other friends with Sprint have smae complaints of 'dead zones'. So far, very pleased with Verizon and my Motorola. Was this review helpful to you?
Have an old TDMA phone and reception constantly bounces up and down and is non-existant in several places in my home. I assume it is better with GSM. I would not recommend Cingular TDMA in this area, though I have had excellent service with them elsewhere. Was this review helpful to you?
