AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE, They lie to make you sign a contract, and once you are in, service is terrible, RUDE people from the store assistant to the corporate manager. I am also posting this review on facebook to warn other people. For God's sake there are many other service provider companies in the nation.

Usually get 3-4 bars of LTE on Verizon in this area and I have no complaints about the speed. I rarely have issues with Verizon in Omaha. The only times I don't have LTE service is when I'm deep in a building or sometimes in basements. It is rare though.

Sprint has horrible signal anywhere in Omaha. I cannot even make a phone call because either the call fails or there is bad reception. And there data sucks too. I call Sprint to get some answers and their reply is always the same "towers are down in my area" what a lame excuse. I hope that people drop Sprint as soon as their contracts are over I know I am.

Former unhappy Verizon user. Sprint last 4 years. Service has steadily declined. This past year service took nose dive. Have 2 towers within one half mile. I'm on a hill. HAD good call quality at home until this year. Now calls are iffy coming or going. USED to occasionally get 4G at home. Definitely 4G near my home. Now NOTHING. Rarely even get 4G anywhere. Amazing Sprint says NO PROBLEM! I truly cannot recommend Sprint any longer. SADLY too. So now I'm waiting for contracts to run out on 4 lines so I can switch.

Horrible service in Omaha. Missed calls when it didn't even ring and getting voice mails days later from the time caller left message. And with the poor service they want to charge me an early termination fee... . Wtf?

I own 2 phones from separate carriers. One from Sprint (personal), and one from Verizon (work). Keep in mind that I travel around Omaha A LOT every day with my job, so I know all the dead spots like the back of my hand. With my work phone, the Verizon, I have only had a handful of dropped calls in the last year, and that is usually way out in the sticks. One time I had no service. With Sprint, that is a very different story. Even with the Airvana Airave 2.5+ that was supplied by Sprint, that I pay monthly taxes on (WTF?!?!) I get dropped calls in my home, while sitting next to the thing! However, that is better then when I am outside doing yard work, I have no service at all then. I live on top of a hill, one of the tallest in at least a 15 min drive, and I need an amp to use my phone? What kind of ruckus is this? If Verizon wasn't so expensive, I would totally ditch Sprint for them. Sprint is the worst ever. Go with Verizon... if you can afford them!

I got a free T-Mobile phone from work, so I'm only out room in the junk drawer I tossed the phone. There isn't any coverage anywhere.

I've had T-Mobile for 11 years in Buffalo, NY and I came to Omaha in 2012... .OMG! Did I leave the country??? T-Mobile should be ashamed to make the commercials that they do. Horrible, horrible service! Needless to say my loyalty is over. I tried to stick it out thinking they would improve the service area. I do not want to get caught in an emergency situation (car accident) and not be able to call 911... WTF!

I've been a Verizon customer for 15 years now. I got my newest phone a little over a year ago, Galaxy Note 2. Love it. I got it when I lived in Northwest Iowa, Okoboji to be exact. While I was up there they updated the towers and always had strong 4GLTE coverage. Now back in Omaha, I sit here at my house at 1am with poor 2 bar 3g coverage. Since the last update my coverage here has been horrendous. Some of thelowest speeds I've ever seen. Went to Okoboji 2 weeks ago and had 100mbps d / l and 75 u / l speeds. In Omaha I'm lucky to break 25. I showed VZW the results and they just tell me my phone needs to be "restarted" and should go back to normal... never has. It's getting old fast and it seems like everyone is having thessame issues across all networks. So what's the solution?
