I work beside Nebraska Hwy. Dept. I am not sure if it's the communication towers they have set up there but for a 2-3 block radius I have maybe 1 or 2 bars for signal and 3G data.

Att is definitely for real. No dropped calls super fast data. No surprises when I open the bill.The best I have tried so far. Verizon, Sprint, Nextel. This carriers I have tried over the last 15 years. Had AT&T for 2 just been flawless.

I have been with Verizon well before they bought out Altel. I can't get coverage here in So. Omaha. 36th And Wright St. They tell me I live in a marginal coverage area and I will have to buy a network extender for a discounted price a small price of $159.00. I told them no way. I pay you $75.00 a month now and can't use my phone at home. I have a galaxy S3. Looking for a new carrier with better coverage. Any info out there about carriers in So. Omaha??

This year is the first time I've had problems with Sprint, been with them many years. However the Benson towers are frequently down and I cannot get reception at my house. 2 weeks ago the towers were down for a week, started having problems again today. Customer service said estimated time of repair 2 day. I can get messages but it doesn't ring, I have to drive to 69th and Maple to get my phone to work.

The fact that Sprint still does not have any 4G coverage in Omaha is absolutely inexcusable. I have been a Sprint customer since January, 1999 and there is no way they will keep me once my contract expires. I travel across the state for work and have horrible phone reception once I leave the Omaha / Lincoln area. I have to pay an extra $10 / mo for the data plan, but it is completely worthless. The only way to be truly productive on my phone is to find a wifi hotspot.

I have been reading a lot about how poor the Sprint coverage is in Omaha, NE. I work near 72nd street and I-80 and I consistently have a VERY weak or no signal. I can't even launch the Google Play Store to look for a speed test app! This is a major area in the Omaha metro and I can't believe the service is so poor. I will be leaving Sprint at the first opportunity I get.
