We run small buissness we have AT&T broadband with static ip but AT&T forced us to change to u verse we did it but it did t work u verse have 7 different ip we our company recognized one permanent ip u verse ips changes every single time so our buissness messed up we r with AT&T 6 long years but they suddenly shut down our broadband. And now AT&T rep angry on us and said u r small buissnesss owners r bastards fuck u we dont do buissness with small buissness.today AT&T shut down my broadband without any notice. I am loosing customers I litterly cry. I never imagine AT&T customer service is that bad. Now I am hiring lawer because AT&T cover my loss. Currently I have 0 voice service. I complained from day 1. They blamed it on the towers. Sprint always has some type of excuse for the faulty service. This is the worst cell phone service I have ever experienced. The sound, when I could make calls, was very staticky and calls dropped on a regular basis. Can't use cellular data most of the time. If they can't provide proper service in the New Orleans area, the should stop selling it. Waste of my time and money. SAD.Was this review helpful to you?
I have many many dropped calls. My phone often does not ring and the calls go directly to voice mail. It is a new phone and this seems to be a service related issue. My text messages frequently do not go through. They are "undelivered". I never experienced these problems with Verizon. I have made many attempts to contact Sprint to resolve these issues. They have updated the "internet" and done some other thing, but all they can really tell me is 'you have service in your area' and "i'm sorry". There may be service in the area, but it is exceptionally weak. I attempted to explain to these people that I use my phone for business and that I cannot continue to call them to have them do nothing that works. A cell phone is supposed to ease life, not make it more difficult.Was this review helpful to you?
Service fluctuate from poor to none. I can stand still and watch the bars on the phone go up and down in strenght. It will show 4 bars but if I try to make a call or pull up a websight it drops out.Was this review helpful to you?
My Sprint service is the worst service ever. All the technicians do is apologize and send me to another group to attempt to fix but reading reviews the problems I am having are universal so their pretend attempts to fix my problems are really just time drains. I've had my iPhone 4 since They came out. It's my first cell phone. The iPhone 4 has always had some reception problems with the phone because of the antenna, though it was supposed to be solved with a cell phone cover-not actually true. I actually thought I just had a hearing problem- but, maybe not! Do more texting than phone, works but frequently only 2 half bars. Had read 08 everything-I thought? Reception for cell is on and off daily, sometimes 3 bars sometimes none. If I walk 2 blocks I may get 4 bars on occasion. It is never set at any level but on and off. That seems to be an issue with the power at the tower to go on and off all the time. Text is OK but voice cuts off if you can even call. The plan is les than others but the service is horrible, if you can call it service at all.Was this review helpful to you?
