Moved here 3 years ago have 2 phones and hotspot- works great. Can work on computer all day, watch movie and have clear calls. Occasionally network does crash but not often; maybe 5%

Verizon is all but non existent, even some spots in town! Gonna try a booster.

absolutely terrible. Data speeds in single digit kbps. Worse and slower than a 1980's dial up modem and you can forget about any "customer service". All they will do is lie and make excuses hoping that the customer doesn't know anything about throughput speeds or data transfer rates. Never use verizon. Ever.

Very poor service and drops calls all the time. I lose service when walking from one room to another and when going around a curve. Some times you can't even call out because the phone lines are down. I also get an all circuits busy signal. Very disappointed with at&t.

due to a move from one state to another we had to change cell provider. we were happy with our service prior to our move. however they did not have adequate coverage here in the Natural State of Arkansas. After a whole lot of internet suggestions as well as personal contact with locals; Verizon seemed to be the answer. I am a senior citizen, a Vietnam veteran, pretty much an ok guy. My wife and I had absolutely no success in communicating with Verizon via their own web site. After logging into their location for "stores" I clicked on the specific Verizon "Store" called the number and was overwhelmed by an actual human being that had no idea that I needed to set up my I phone to their service, then began and would not stop a scripted sales pitch for a life support system. I went through two Verizon representatives that would not stop and listen to the purpose and need I had. I actually had to end the call. I thought I should go personally to the Verizon "Store" a franchise 3rd disinterested business. My wife and I met with a quite friendly you lady and began what we thought to be the hands on professional assistance in changing our carrier from one other to Verizon. We had our own phones. I just have to jump ahead and tell anyone that may still be reading this, that the assistance we thought was going to be what we needed... ... turned into a crazy and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I truly hope the Verizon can verify as they indicate upon initial contact "your call will be recorded ect" and also hope that the visit my wife and I had with the young lady at the "Store" was video taped. No answers to questions about getting set up with Verizon. 45 minutes of attempting to adjust, re adjust our phones. Upon the realization the person helping us was, not! I asked politely for her to look at pages of emails and other data provided by Verizon.. I hope that I am the only non violent person posing no threat or behavior that would require a person we sought help from... . ORDERED ME OUT OF the "Store" I only spent this much time on such a small problem to reach out to others and more specifically to VERIZON. I am the customer. I pay my bills. I am a businessman with years of dealing with PEOPLE. never before have I witnessed or been part of this total disregard of the fundamentals of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Up until a month ago I could get decent service. Now 1 bar or none. Same house. Same phone. Same everything. I can’t even send photos without going up the hill. What has changed?? Another tower gone to the dogs? What??

I use CONSUMER CELLULAR not US Cellular and have no problems with my service unless I get way up into some remote areas up in the hills. In a couple of areas up there I lose my service completely.

Got a cheap antenna... .Helps if I take it outside... seems my main problem, per the salesperson is that I have a metal roof.

In the city Bull Shoals 2 bars / cross the damn, head east(178) 1 bar, 1 mile later (headed North east ) 0 for ts. he next 12 miles. very dangerous / / no communication, even the Police Depts (4) cities complain to no avail / no 911 possible / Two tin cans and a string more safe) WHAT DOES THE FCC HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS LACK OF SERVICE? very dangerous
