I have been a faithful TMobile customer for over 16 years. I have voiced my complaints about signal issues at all levels. The issues with coverage in a well populated area of the city were first attributed to my equipment now with new and different equipment (android to IPhone) the problem continues. I have been patient as long as possible.

Where to even begin? Gah! I don't know if it's the towers, or we live in StingRay CENTER. The. Reception. SUCKS over here! People have said that the CoolPad I got from Metro PCS (as a gift) is supposed to be a decent phone... I'm not that into it, but I suspect it could be better if the reception didn't Suck! I'm Exclusively mobile, even to running my business online via my phone, so this is a Big deal for me, and as soon as I can switch, I will! "Riding the T-Mobile network, Indeed! Hah!

I've officed at Rankin / 15th St.for over 10 years and no improvement. I dont see the 4G LTE indicator on the signal bars on my phone.

Practically no reception inside of our home. Spotty reception outside. Frequently have to drive somewhere else until reception gets better. Huntwick Addition reception is almost nonexistent.

Poor on the outside of my house and practically non existent on the inside. I will be switching to Verizon when our phones are paid off.

I was with Sprint for many years but switched to Verizon 1 1 / 2 years ago. Bought the service and phones through Amazon and saved a considerable amount on the phones.. Was tired of hearing about 4G coming soon, then Sprint redirected many of their OKC towers when they lost some kind of contract with other towers. After that their network service was poor and unreliable so went with Verizon. I was a little disappointed in their coverage and had a few dropped calls which I don't think I ever experienced with Sprint until the issue above. I work near OKC airport and the coverage is poor their but overall, it's been good and their customer service is certainly better than Sprint. My biggest complaint is the cost. PS: Your zip code database needs updating. Doesn't recognize mine I've had for 5 years.

I've been with AT&T Wireless for about 8 years now, and their service has not improved, but seems to have gone downhill. I live in the middle of Edmond, and get only 1-3 bars... often people just can't hear me talking... signal cuts out! I have spent more than an hour with ATT tech service, but nothing helped. I will switch and try Verizon instead, I guess...
