Had AT&T for a long time, never could get coverage anywhere outside of downtown areas... Switched so Sprint and in 2 years I have had 1 dropped call (inside an elevator).. I am on the road a lot and since I started at this company everyone I work with that didn't have to buy out their contracts have dropped AT&T like the POS it is and picked up sprint

Never have a decent signal for the mile of 122nd street between May and I-44. INEXCUSABLE to be in a heavily populated, major metropolitan area and not have a usable signal anywhere, much less for over a mile. LOVE my iPhone, hate A t&T. Looking for an alternative.

Buyer Beware ! Verizon in OKC is a HUGE RIPOFF ! I started with Verizon in the Summer of 2011 and had major problems with dropped calls (including calls with other Verizon users), Days with NO data services, text messages that would not go through. Verizon switched my phone several time with no resolution, finally after months of trouble and time spent a "trouble ticket" was created. Local Verizon sales and support people act like bad used car salesmen blaming the customer for chosing a "bad $600 + device". They are obviously browbeaten by corporate to sell by lying about an inferior network in the OKC area. Don't buy into the Verizon Hype ! My impression of Verizon is they are a monster of a company that sells an inferior product with an extremely agressive sales force and very poor customer support. This was a very expesive and time consuming mistake.

When I was with AT&T, at my house, I sometimes had 0-2 bars with frequent dropped calls. Other times I had to leave my house and drive 1 block before I could make or receive a call. GPS was hit and miss. With the iPhone, I was forced to buy a data plan but I couldn't get a 3G connection at home and it was iffy everywhere else. Fortunately I had a good wireless router, or I wouldn't have had any data connection, so I was paying for a 3G connection I couldn't use at home.

We've been with AT&T for years, and never had a reception problem until we were indirectly forced to upgrade to smart phones. We have a serious signal problem with 3G and usually cannot receive MMS. Often there are no bars at all on our Captivates. A daughter comes over with an iPhone and gets a little better reception, but not much. (3 bars) We've been through the normal ringer with AT&T CS and have not yet heard back from their troubleshooting. Last year they told us a area cell tower was down, but when we called back a week later because noone had called us back, were told there was no tower down. When I used the phone I loved, my RazrII V9X I never had a service problem, but I gave up the phone and may now eventually have to give up AT&T Wireless unless coverage improves. They want to get us off of 3G? When everyone else is moving to 4G? Does not sound like progress.

I have lived in The Village for close to two years and have been battling dropped calls, missed calls due to no signal and many other frustrating issues. I stopped by the Corporate AT&T store for advice. They said I could purchase a "mini-tower" for my home for over $200--but there's no guarantee that it will work. The employee suggested that instead of 'chancing' it, I just switch to another provider. AT&T is terrible in The Village--according to many people I know. If you live there, go with something else!

Should be getting at least 4 bars. Not good in the house.

We have had our phones for a yr and a half almost.Eveything was perfect untill april of this yr.All of a sudden it was taking a few mins for a call to go through and then we started gettin these weird tones when we tried to make a call.We called T-Mobile they said maybe the sim cards had gone bad.We took the phones to the T-Mobile store at Penn square mall and had them switched out and still got the tones. This only happens when we're at home anywhere else the phones work fine.Called T-Mobile again they looked into it and said there was a problem with the tower at NW 122 and Penn. They fixed the problem this was back in Aug. Here it is Oct guess what the tones are back again this time they are saying theres no Problem with the tower. They refuse to give us new phones because we've had them to long and wont give us any credit on our bill till they can find the problem and make sure its fixed for good.Well we are looking at Verizon because we're not going to pay for service that we cant use at home. Not going to jump in the car and drive down the road a few miles to make a call that we should beable to make at home.
