ATT dropped coverage in this area when antennas were removed from water tower at Howard and Reno. Mark the spot does no good. Home alarm company changed to Verizon card due to no reliable ATT service as verified by Honeywell.Was this review helpful to you?
I started with Sprint about a month ago. I have WiFi so never to concerned with data. However, I decided to test it and turned of my WiFi. I'm getting less then 1mbps. And that's on all 3 of my lines. So they said they are going to do a "service ticket" then chat told me to swap out the sim cards. If it's just a crappy network at least be honest. 1% makes a big digference.Was this review helpful to you?

Where to even begin? Gah! I don't know if it's the towers, or we live in StingRay CENTER. The. Reception. SUCKS over here! People have said that the CoolPad I got from Metro PCS (as a gift) is supposed to be a decent phone... I'm not that into it, but I suspect it could be better if the reception didn't Suck! I'm Exclusively mobile, even to running my business online via my phone, so this is a Big deal for me, and as soon as I can switch, I will! "Riding the T-Mobile network, Indeed! Had been a customer for 20 years and 2 states. Called and went in to try and negotiate better pricing on my 5 lines ($330 a month ). They were unwilling to offer a better package or meet what their competitors offered. Going in store on NW Expwy was worse. Changed to Verizon. Wow is all I can say, faster, clear and better reception. Sprint tried to make offers after I started moving numbers. Had outright purchased my phones, out of contract years ago and month to month. Found Sprint had locked all my phones against regulations. They tried to hold the phones for 5-7 days as locked. Lots of time on phone to get corrected. I've had Sprint for over 8 years now and I don't get all these terrible reviews. If I have a dropped call it's always the other person using ATT. I've had iPhone 4s, iPhone 6+ and iPhone 7 with them and never an issue. I don't have any problems with them and have had them in New Mexico, California, Yukon and Oklahoma City. I even took my phone to Spain and used google vouce for phone calls over voip and it worked perfectly. As for data I have unlimited everything for $50 a month. And they don't throttle back at 5Gs like most companies. Where else will you find that? I have never even considered switching I've had so few issues so I just don't understand all these other negative reviews. And I don't work for them or anything I'm just a very satisfied customer.Was this review helpful to you?
I cME to TMobil from US Cellular, words decision ever. I have the signal boosters free from TMOBIL and even the drop off to 1 bar alot of the time. I am.8 of a mile from 1 of their towers. Their excuse is "too much traffic" on the towers. I know it must suck to own this company because they literally do nothing to FIX their own issues. A business account manager at the NW 23 st. store said:"We've had problems in that area for over a year!" Then why the Sam Hell would you put a business man through this? I've called TMOBIL hundreds of times, had around 10 trouble tickets filed and yet everyday I cannot use my Internet at my residence even outside. They have a tech team here in Oklahoma City as well but to no avail. My service in this area is and has been deplorable at best. Everywhere else on OKC it seems to have NO issues, Ive never had to call customer service because of an issue while on a job site or visiting a friend unless it's in close proximity to this area. I cannot use my Internet from 5pm whatsoever. I've made hundreds of calls to TMobil service and NO upgrade to towers till 2017. I'd of left already but TMobil hasn't charged me but $.27 cents in 2months. I call the customer support almost everyday, I make notations on my account, showing a continual pattern of of NO Internet capabilities which is their problem to fix. I don't understand this, but their excuse is: " you're in an overlap coverage area and when the towers have alot of traffic the signal gets weak. Now the tech team has my phone at my residence showing: full 5 bars- yet I cannot use my Internet. I have the signal booster pkg from TMobil installed properly yet they drop off signal as well does my cell phone with NO warning. I am only staying with TMobil cause all over town it works for me pretty well except for my leisure time at home. DON'T USE OR GET TMOBIL SERVICE!Was this review helpful to you?
