Wth! What am I paying for? My connection is now horrible when it used to be great and I have full bars! Im paying top dollar for good connection only to get bad laggy horrible connection, is this legal? Me paying real money for 4g connection only to get a 1g connection speed. Im mad because I cant even play my favorite app like I do everyday, because it requires internet connection, but that connectiom is so horrible now that game lags like crazy, fix I'm calling for a discount, Im not paying for slow speed internet>:(

Sprint
I have a lot less dropped calls with Sprint than I did with AT&T, but the data connectivity is pretty awful. I'm usually OK to stream Pandora outside or get directions while driving, but general web browsing is a very time consuming endeavor and I always finish last when my friends are trying to look up the same information (with other carriers). This is particularly bad when indoors, and especially frustrating at Thunder games where Sprint won't pay for access to the cell boosters inside CHK Arena.

When I moved in 2 years ago it was great but, over time this signal has degraded to the point of utter frustration

Does work here, doesn't work at home (Tuttle) or pretty much anywhere else. The network sucks. Tech support and customer service no help. Don't want contracts so back to boost (Sprint). At least there phones worked whereever I went inclusing out in the sticks.

Pathetic service, dead zone: Hefner / 122nd / N May / Hwy 74

AT&T
Never have a decent signal for the mile of 122nd street between May and I-44. INEXCUSABLE to be in a heavily populated, major metropolitan area and not have a usable signal anywhere, much less for over a mile. LOVE my iPhone, hate A t&T. Looking for an alternative.

AT&T
Sitting in my living room, I get 1 bar if I'm lucky. Half the time when someone calls my phone doesn't even ring and I may get a voicemail about 2 hours up to a day later. Very busy and populated part of town, inexcusable for the reception to be this poor.

Verizon
Buyer Beware ! Verizon in OKC is a HUGE RIPOFF ! I started with Verizon in the Summer of 2011 and had major problems with dropped calls (including calls with other Verizon users), Days with NO data services, text messages that would not go through. Verizon switched my phone several time with no resolution, finally after months of trouble and time spent a "trouble ticket" was created. Local Verizon sales and support people act like bad used car salesmen blaming the customer for chosing a "bad $600 + device". They are obviously browbeaten by corporate to sell by lying about an inferior network in the OKC area. Don't buy into the Verizon Hype ! My impression of Verizon is they are a monster of a company that sells an inferior product with an extremely agressive sales force and very poor customer support. This was a very expesive and time consuming mistake.

AT&T
When I was with AT&T, at my house, I sometimes had 0-2 bars with frequent dropped calls. Other times I had to leave my house and drive 1 block before I could make or receive a call. GPS was hit and miss. With the iPhone, I was forced to buy a data plan but I couldn't get a 3G connection at home and it was iffy everywhere else. Fortunately I had a good wireless router, or I wouldn't have had any data connection, so I was paying for a 3G connection I couldn't use at home.

Cricket
I have dropped calls all the time. Reception varies. Beware I just bought my phone and one night Eileen listening to music the head set Jack stopped working. It is under manufacturers warranty and they want to charge 20 dollars to honor the warranty or want me to file a claim on insurance that cost 85-100 dollars. By he way customer service sucks! Bye Cricket!

AT&T
Many, many dropped calls ( close to 20%), several missing / late text msgs. Many black holes in the metro area with 1- 0 bars, takes quite awhile for a call to go through

AT&T
We've been with AT&T for years, and never had a reception problem until we were indirectly forced to upgrade to smart phones. We have a serious signal problem with 3G and usually cannot receive MMS. Often there are no bars at all on our Captivates. A daughter comes over with an iPhone and gets a little better reception, but not much. (3 bars) We've been through the normal ringer with AT&T CS and have not yet heard back from their troubleshooting. Last year they told us a area cell tower was down, but when we called back a week later because noone had called us back, were told there was no tower down. When I used the phone I loved, my RazrII V9X I never had a service problem, but I gave up the phone and may now eventually have to give up AT&T Wireless unless coverage improves. They want to get us off of 3G? When everyone else is moving to 4G? Does not sound like progress.

AT&T
I have lived in The Village for close to two years and have been battling dropped calls, missed calls due to no signal and many other frustrating issues. I stopped by the Corporate AT&T store for advice. They said I could purchase a "mini-tower" for my home for over $200--but there's no guarantee that it will work. The employee suggested that instead of 'chancing' it, I just switch to another provider. AT&T is terrible in The Village--according to many people I know. If you live there, go with something else!

T-Mobile
We have had our phones for a yr and a half almost.Eveything was perfect untill april of this yr.All of a sudden it was taking a few mins for a call to go through and then we started gettin these weird tones when we tried to make a call.We called T-Mobile they said maybe the sim cards had gone bad.We took the phones to the T-Mobile store at Penn square mall and had them switched out and still got the tones. This only happens when we're at home anywhere else the phones work fine.Called T-Mobile again they looked into it and said there was a problem with the tower at NW 122 and Penn. They fixed the problem this was back in Aug. Here it is Oct guess what the tones are back again this time they are saying theres no Problem with the tower. They refuse to give us new phones because we've had them to long and wont give us any credit on our bill till they can find the problem and make sure its fixed for good.Well we are looking at Verizon because we're not going to pay for service that we cant use at home. Not going to jump in the car and drive down the road a few miles to make a call that we should beable to make at home.

T-Mobile
I get literally no reception inside my apartment. When I walk outside, I can SOMETIMES get 2 bars if I'm lucky. Furthermore, I work in an office near Penn Square Mall (50th and Penn) and while I get full bars of 3G throughout the day, it only works about 3% of the time from about 9:30-5:30. It's obvious they have capacity issues far worse than ATT ever did. First chance I get, I'm out.

AT&T
I've had AT&T for 5 years and have never had a problem. I've gone out to the middle of nowhere at lakes in Texas with great reception and have gone as far up as New York with great reception. I've never had a problem with AT&T.

Verizon
I am so happy to be off AT&T. I was with them for 10 years, and the service was just horrible the past year. Dropped calls, slow data speeds, etc. I go from here and Tulsa 3 times a week almost, and I would always fall back to EDGE on my way there. I have noticed Verizon has 3G all the way and my data speeds are much faster. I have not dropped a call yet also.

AT&T
I have had this phone for over 3 years and have had nothing but great reception. 4 or 5 bars inside and out. all over the metro and way out beyond. The only place I have an issue is inside my local Buy-4-less store and the Wal-mart store. But that has been true on every phone I have owned. I hear about dropped calls but I have never know to have one.

Verizon
This past month I was on Sprint. The service was horrible. I tryed US Cellular and where I go to (Out of state) I roamed. I was on AT&T and they have became worse and worse. I switched to Verizon about 3 weeks ago and I love it! I will never go to another network. I ported all my lines over. I love my storm, my wife loves her pearl flip (buy one get one free). My 2 sons got the enV Touch, and my girl got the enV3. We are very happy with Verizon and the service. We are getting all our friends and family to switch. The data on our phones are very fast. We love Slaker Radio too! Now, my work is about to switch from AT&T to Verizon. I was talking to my boss about it. We are all going to get the Motorola Barrage Push To Talk phone. Can't wait! I wouuld really give Verizon a try. They won't let you down!

The T-Mobile signal comes and goes nonstop, you will have signal one minute and none the next.

AT&T
I use, or try to use my phone I should say, all over OK, but mainly OKC Metro area, and it seems AT&T just keep getting worse and worse. Regardless of where I am, my reception cycles from 5 bars to 1 bar while I'm standing still. It's like reception is hitting me in waves until it dries up and the call is dropped. It's getting ridiculous, but AT&T doesn't seem to care.

Verizon
Sorry, I meant to say Bold, my wife had the iPhone and I loved it as well. She now has the BlackBerry Storm and loves it. I heard some people say that Verizon locks down GPS, but mine is working fine and so is hers.

Verizon
Switched from my old provider (AT&T) to Verizon yesterday. My iPhone on AT&T was horrible. I love the iPhone, but AT&T's network is horrible! My phone would switch from EDGE to edge to 3g to 3G then to GPRS all the time! I love my Tour! Verizon seems to be a lot better then AT&T. So far my 3G has been very strong, and voice calls have been crisp and clear. The data is fast and I have not a a dropped call yet! Verizon has put a very good first impression on me!
