Wth! What am I paying for? My connection is now horrible when it used to be great and I have full bars! Im paying top dollar for good connection only to get bad laggy horrible connection, is this legal? Me paying real money for 4g connection only to get a 1g connection speed. Im mad because I cant even play my favorite app like I do everyday, because it requires internet connection, but that connectiom is so horrible now that game lags like crazy, fix I'm calling for a discount, Im not paying for slow speed internet>:(

T-Mobile
Been with T mobile 7+ years and it's worse now that we all have smart phones! Often no bars in the house, or text / internet doesn't go through--why are there no cell towers in thr 9 sq. mile area of Western-Broadway, 178th To Coffee Creek? with any carrier. No wonder!

Hope T-Mobile adds some towers soon in our area. I am lucky to have EDGE most of the time. I live in Cascada Falls.

Sprint
Up until Feb had great reception. Now 0 bars constantly! Dropped calls all the time, that is if I can connect a call! Always in data roaming! Sprint said it was my phone! My son moved back in and the same thing is happening to him!

Sprint
I have a lot less dropped calls with Sprint than I did with AT&T, but the data connectivity is pretty awful. I'm usually OK to stream Pandora outside or get directions while driving, but general web browsing is a very time consuming endeavor and I always finish last when my friends are trying to look up the same information (with other carriers). This is particularly bad when indoors, and especially frustrating at Thunder games where Sprint won't pay for access to the cell boosters inside CHK Arena.

US Cellular
USCellular has really good reception. It is so rare to have a dropped call or no reception, I have to scratch my head for a second to figure out why my phone isn't working. The only place I've seen my reception challenged consistently is downtown in the Devon tower and out in the middle of nowhere NM (where there weren't even telephone poles in the area). Customer service at USCellular rocks, and now you don't have to renew your contracts. They don't jack around with the phone bills or price plans. I'm a hard-core USCellular fan. Almost my whole family uses them and they feel the same way.

Sprint
Had Sprint since December of 2011. Reception is terrible. I mean terrible. Dropped calls constantly. Problems connecting calls. Consistent dead air voicemails. Late sent and received text messages and voicemails. I plan on terminating my contract at the end of this month. In order not to pay the cancellation fee, I've taken the time everyday to call customer service and document what problems I've had. Now when I cancel, I have my problems noted on my account so I can dispute the cancellation fee.

T-Mobile
Does work here, doesn't work at home (Tuttle) or pretty much anywhere else. The network sucks. Tech support and customer service no help. Don't want contracts so back to boost (Sprint). At least there phones worked whereever I went inclusing out in the sticks.

AT&T
Live 5 mins. from down town OKC but have 5-6 dropped calls (or more) a day. It's sooo frustrating. Have had ATT since the 90s. It was great for 10 yrs. then SIM cards and smart phones just couldn't carry good service. Having an iphone, I want a new iphone 4S, but looks like Cellular one is the best choice... .they have no IPHONES... .:(... .What to do ??? Very frustrating place to be.

US Cellular
Amazing coverage great signal strength all over Okc. I own a business of 31 lines and I never have an issue with people at the store and my business account executive who gets phones to me swap if needed. Fast customer service and never have been with a company that cares to educate you on a phone. I used to have AT&T with iphones and switched and got android phones. They do anything you want and then some. For free you can make an android look like an Iphone if you miss it so much. Sorry to go on forever I just haven't been more happy... uscellular is the way to go just look at all the other areas they are in and how happy there customers are.

AT&T
Never have a decent signal for the mile of 122nd street between May and I-44. INEXCUSABLE to be in a heavily populated, major metropolitan area and not have a usable signal anywhere, much less for over a mile. LOVE my iPhone, hate A t&T. Looking for an alternative.

AT&T
Sitting in my living room, I get 1 bar if I'm lucky. Half the time when someone calls my phone doesn't even ring and I may get a voicemail about 2 hours up to a day later. Very busy and populated part of town, inexcusable for the reception to be this poor.

Verizon
Buyer Beware ! Verizon in OKC is a HUGE RIPOFF ! I started with Verizon in the Summer of 2011 and had major problems with dropped calls (including calls with other Verizon users), Days with NO data services, text messages that would not go through. Verizon switched my phone several time with no resolution, finally after months of trouble and time spent a "trouble ticket" was created. Local Verizon sales and support people act like bad used car salesmen blaming the customer for chosing a "bad $600 + device". They are obviously browbeaten by corporate to sell by lying about an inferior network in the OKC area. Don't buy into the Verizon Hype ! My impression of Verizon is they are a monster of a company that sells an inferior product with an extremely agressive sales force and very poor customer support. This was a very expesive and time consuming mistake.

AT&T
When I was with AT&T, at my house, I sometimes had 0-2 bars with frequent dropped calls. Other times I had to leave my house and drive 1 block before I could make or receive a call. GPS was hit and miss. With the iPhone, I was forced to buy a data plan but I couldn't get a 3G connection at home and it was iffy everywhere else. Fortunately I had a good wireless router, or I wouldn't have had any data connection, so I was paying for a 3G connection I couldn't use at home.

Cricket
I have dropped calls all the time. Reception varies. Beware I just bought my phone and one night Eileen listening to music the head set Jack stopped working. It is under manufacturers warranty and they want to charge 20 dollars to honor the warranty or want me to file a claim on insurance that cost 85-100 dollars. By he way customer service sucks! Bye Cricket!

AT&T
Many, many dropped calls ( close to 20%), several missing / late text msgs. Many black holes in the metro area with 1- 0 bars, takes quite awhile for a call to go through

AT&T
We've been with AT&T for years, and never had a reception problem until we were indirectly forced to upgrade to smart phones. We have a serious signal problem with 3G and usually cannot receive MMS. Often there are no bars at all on our Captivates. A daughter comes over with an iPhone and gets a little better reception, but not much. (3 bars) We've been through the normal ringer with AT&T CS and have not yet heard back from their troubleshooting. Last year they told us a area cell tower was down, but when we called back a week later because noone had called us back, were told there was no tower down. When I used the phone I loved, my RazrII V9X I never had a service problem, but I gave up the phone and may now eventually have to give up AT&T Wireless unless coverage improves. They want to get us off of 3G? When everyone else is moving to 4G? Does not sound like progress.

AT&T
I have lived in The Village for close to two years and have been battling dropped calls, missed calls due to no signal and many other frustrating issues. I stopped by the Corporate AT&T store for advice. They said I could purchase a "mini-tower" for my home for over $200--but there's no guarantee that it will work. The employee suggested that instead of 'chancing' it, I just switch to another provider. AT&T is terrible in The Village--according to many people I know. If you live there, go with something else!

AT&T
We have several different smartphones (Android, WinMo, iPhone). Co-workers are complaining about the same problems in that area. Over the last months the we drop down from 3G to E(=2G) a lot, and lately almost all the time from the location indicated and down to the South and West. When calling AT&T Wireless, they want you to waste a half hour of your life to troubleshoot your phone, while the exact same thing happens with multiple phones of different brands in the same area. They tell you that they cannot send it to the next level of support until you adhere to their demands. After you've done what they wanted, you never get a follow-up, and the quality keeps on declining. And voice calling is declining too. Now we even sometimes have dropped calls on the non-iPhone devices.

T-Mobile
So far, T-Mobile 3G is very strong here, and consistent speeds too. About 5mbps down and 600kbps up, on nexus one. No dropped calls, good quality and very good reception throughout the metro. The only con is that T-Mobile does not have 3G everywhere, and in rural OK where they do have native coverage, its only GPRS (about 25kbps down and up), and it's not good for media intensive stuff, for example, streaming internet radio on a roadtrip. It's OK for email and GPS navigation. I think they're 3G expansion into new areas has sorta stalled or stopped, but I'm not sure.

Verizon
I got the T-Bolt from Verizon. 4G is very good where I live, and 3G is good as well. This is tested indoors, so you should be good outdoors as well. Overall, the signal, data speeds and quality are good around the metro area. No dropped calls either. The only negative I have about Verizon is that they have a dead (flaky 1x roaming) spot on I-35 around after exit 79 to before exit 47 outside of OKC (the Arbuckle mountains area). If they could fill that area with 3G (or LTE) it would be awesome.

AT&T
AT&T I've been with them for about 5 years and I'm not happy at all... I drive a semi truck for a living so I drive threw 48 states so that gotta explain all off it... 3G is usually in big cities as soon as u leave city limits u can say good buy to 3G and even when it's on its pretty damn slow... I can name few states where u gonna have signal issues is OK, KS, NE, ND, SD and all north of here and the list goes on and on... I dont think my IPhone 4 is bad I believe it's AT&T's poor signal... so this week sometime I'm gonna go to Verizon and get the thunderbolt htc... the reason Im gonna go with Verizon is my buddy is a truck driver and he runs the same route and he has Verizon so it's been compared the right way. Verizon all the way do not make mistake with att... Do your research, choose carefully!

Sprint
I have never had more than 2 bars in my home but I have never had a call drop. The Epic is a super Android phone and Sprint has never given me any reason to complain. My neighbor has the latest AT&T Iphone and when he calls me his voice gets garbled sometimes.
