The reception is very weak. Too many dropped calls or long periods of silence during calls.

My service on my Galaxy S4 and S5 bounce between 1x, to 3G, to LTE, then back to NO data whatsoever. Dropped calls, texts are delayed, and both devices overheat until you connect it to a stable WIFI connection. You get what you paid for. It takes well over 30 minutes to watch a 2 minute YouTube video on the lowest resolution settings on Sprint's LTE and 3G.

No clue where to start. Terrible reception and service. Anything from dropped calls daily, text messages coming through two days after someone sends them to me, Unable to connect to calls due to poor signal, No wireless signal, etc. Wrote letter to Sprint Leadership team and was contacted by local engineer who said that this area won't be upgraded for another year or more. Wish they had told me that when I signed my 2-year contract. However, they just informed me that they are letting me out of my contract early due to the non-stop issues.

Verizon Wireless has little to no LTE or 3G connection here. I recommend using AT&T for this area, Verizon has many dropped calls, poor, slow data, and more importantly is NOT reliable. Verizon LTE is about 1-3 bars, 3G is about 2 to 4 bars. LTE speeds vary between 0.25Mbps and 5Mbps, so basically not enough speed to do daily tasks like Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

T-Mobile

I get 4G LTE and VoLTE in and around Yukon but (yes there is a but) if you step into Walmart off Garth Brooks Blvd, Target, or the hospital it drops to EDGE (2G) which is unusable. If you don't mind not having data inside buildings then T-Mobile is right for you. At my house it is a different story I get full bars, no dropped called, HD calls, and 35-40Mbps down and 15-20Mbps up so when I am uploading files to the cloud I use my T-Mobile service vs Cox Cable. If you travel past Banner Rd.heading west towards El Reno your phone is rendered useless.

Have contacted ATT 7-8 times in the past year for help and still have 1-2 bar recetion. They say they do not guarantee reception. I am hoping to find new carrier.

Been with T-Mobil for 6 or 7 years, Just average, Switch to Verizon recently, Not any better, They all lied, They All Claimed #1, They all claim they have largest 4g LTE coverage, I can't even got 4G Let pack them and ship to Iran or China

The speeds here in Yukon are amazing but once you step into for instance Target or Walmart you get EDGE which is unusable. Once you venture about 5 miles from Yukon WestBound on I40 you either lose all data connectivity or you have EDGE which EDGE is like having no data at all. T-Mobile really needs to step it up. Although it hasn't been officially "launched" Oklahoma City has VoLTE

We have had Sprint for about 8yrs. Gotten worse &worse. Tried a booster did nou help. Dropped calls are the norm or go outside and outside not much better. Customer service a rip off! We are switching to another carrier. Anything would be better than this,

Our cell reception is absolutely terrible in this area. There is not a single place within a mile of here where we have more than 2 bars and there are few that are that good. Never use AT&T outside of the city!

Verizon and Pioneer are competing and in a fight. Both carriers have their towers pointed to the ground so that coverage does not exist at ground level beyond the Oklahoma / Canadian County Line. I have been stuck with Verizon from Altell from AT&T from SBMS. Verizon had me on Altell tower for 3 years when no Altell towers were available. Verizon would keep upgrading the phone to keep me stuck in a contract. Recently I had an emergency situation for 911 call and call was dropped by Verizon and not followed up by 911 operator. A call to local EMT / fire chief was dropped. Result was 80+ MPH drive to hospital emergency 18 miles away. Verizon claims to have coverage in the 73078 area but 9 out of 10 calls are dropped within the first 15 seconds or sending or receiving. I have contacted FCC and filed a complaint and have a letter from Pioneer Telephone advising me to find another carrier. FCC should step in and make these two carriers share service.

I love my service here in okc. Verizon 4G is the best. I left u.s. cellular because they don't have 4G in okc. no complaints so far, they really dont have any dead spots here in okc like some of the other carries. :)

I have Boost Mobile, which I'm assuming goes off of Sprint towers, and it is CRAPPY! Also really bad around the capital too. Dropped calls, take forever to send texts, super slow loading times. If I go outside, then it's ok, but horrible in my apartment.

I can not stress how important location is people! For the value T-Mobile is where its at. 3G and 4G are amazing and LTE is getting there, their data speeds are comparable to my home wifi! Now if you travel a lot out to the sticks and use data hungry apps (pandora, youtube, sportify etc.) T-Mobile may not be your best bet.. For texting / calling that will not be an issue though. Love T-Mobile :D

not dependable for making calls or using data even with an air rave and wifi, I shouldn't have to pay full price for less than half the service. after reading these reviews us cellular sounds best.

No reception indoors, and often outdoors. I am tired of Sprint. Customer service tells me its my phone. I have had it looked at twice. I had better luck with ATT on service. NW OKC is good but I don't work or live there.

Reception on Sprint is awful. I used to listen to pandora constantly, now it's hard to make it through one song without losing connectivity. At times I can't even send a three word text. Absolutely horrendous. Data is crawling speeds, pointless to even try browsing at times.

AT&T

Occasional dropped calls, but more often it's choppy reception, where the person's voice goes in and out. Wooded area; thinking about trying a cell phone booster / directional antennae.

We always have a 4G LTE signal and average about 25Mbps down / 15 Mbps up. Call quality is better than Sprints (at least we can make calls). AT&T is good in this region as well. Further into OKC / Moore area I've got 65+ Mbps on download and of course no dropped calls. Even when we had the tornado outbreaks Verizon and AT&T worked while my friends on Sprint had bars but not service in MANY areas on the metro.

Tried them for 3 days after they officially launched 4G LTE here and let's just say you must drive further into OKC to get a steady 4G LTE signal. Our devices would not even activate at home so had to drive 6-7 miles out of the way to get a steady signal to just activate them. Their "Network Vision" is a joke. Verizon is more expensive but at least you can use their data
