Sprint
Service in this area is so poor that they gave me a "Magic Box" to help boost signal throughout the building, which works maybe 40% of the time. The other 60% of the time, even the magic box is trying to find service, and can't connect to LTE signal. I've called over and over, with promises from their reps that service will get better, and plans to increase reception coverage. It's all a lie. Don't bother with Sprint if you live or work in this area, or OKC in general; the reception is always awful. Paseo, Midtown, Bricktown, etc... forget getting an Uber cause you won't get internet in those areas either. Straight garbage.

Always have extremely poor reception. I have complained to T-Mobile locally and at the 800 numbers many times. They say their maps show there should be good. Tell that to my phone, sometimes doesn't even register one bar. Sometimes can't dial out and probably miss 90 percent of the incoming calls. I go to other areas and I get good reception, even 3 bars. I am completely fed up, I refuse to climb on the roof to get any reception.

I have been a faithful TMobile customer for over 16 years. I have voiced my complaints about signal issues at all levels. The issues with coverage in a well populated area of the city were first attributed to my equipment now with new and different equipment (android to IPhone) the problem continues. I have been patient as long as possible.

Signal almost nonexistent. Bought expensive boosters and put antenna on roof. That helped a little for a little while, but now very weak signal even with boosters. Absolutely DONE with at&t. Movin on and won't look back. If they can't give you what your paying for, then they're stealing from you.

At&t said they were putting up a tower 15 years ago. We pay good money for cell phone service and only get 1 to 2 bars. Alot of dropped calls. Also can't call out alot of the time. Of course AT&T never did put up a tower. I wish they would do what they say.

Up until 2 / 14 / 18 reception was not great but okay. I play a lot of Pokemon Go at the city park. I used to get "internet error" messages occassionally. Since 2 / 15 I cannot play the game as it won't load mostly and when it does the signal errors out in short order. I rarely have more than 2 bars of signal anywhere in Yukon and mostly one or none since thsi happened. I heard through the grapevine that ATT had a tower go down during this time and apparently they aren't in any hurry to fix it. My daughters Verizon works great. I am through with ATT ASAP and off to Verizon!

ATT dropped coverage in this area when antennas were removed from water tower at Howard and Reno. Mark the spot does no good. Home alarm company changed to Verizon card due to no reliable ATT service as verified by Honeywell.

I started with Sprint about a month ago. I have WiFi so never to concerned with data. However, I decided to test it and turned of my WiFi. I'm getting less then 1mbps. And that's on all 3 of my lines. So they said they are going to do a "service ticket" then chat told me to swap out the sim cards. If it's just a crappy network at least be honest. 1% makes a big digference.

Where to even begin? Gah! I don't know if it's the towers, or we live in StingRay CENTER. The. Reception. SUCKS over here! People have said that the CoolPad I got from Metro PCS (as a gift) is supposed to be a decent phone... I'm not that into it, but I suspect it could be better if the reception didn't Suck! I'm Exclusively mobile, even to running my business online via my phone, so this is a Big deal for me, and as soon as I can switch, I will! "Riding the T-Mobile network, Indeed! Hah!

Had been a customer for 20 years and 2 states. Called and went in to try and negotiate better pricing on my 5 lines ($330 a month ). They were unwilling to offer a better package or meet what their competitors offered. Going in store on NW Expwy was worse. Changed to Verizon. Wow is all I can say, faster, clear and better reception. Sprint tried to make offers after I started moving numbers. Had outright purchased my phones, out of contract years ago and month to month. Found Sprint had locked all my phones against regulations. They tried to hold the phones for 5-7 days as locked. Lots of time on phone to get corrected. I won't be going back after this behavior.
