Deceptive digital maps helped T-Mobile hook us. Once we had phones and plans galore we found we could barely get 2G, and sometimes no coverage at all, for miles and miles around. Very disappointed with how companies can trick customers into spending so much money, only to provide an inferior product, and then are allowed to hold the customer hostage for two years.

Constantly dropped calls or if I'm lucky maybe 1 bar. AT&T has promised for years to put a tower in our area. Still waiting. I keep ready great reviews about Verizon in my area. I think it's time to seriously give them a look

Ever since the 4G has popped up in our area the data coverage has slowed way down. My 3G is much faster than when I am on 4G. I can stream fine on 3G but when I move into 4G coverage I start to buffer to where I just give up on it.

Verizon does not service this area. However, they have a partner carrier who does, (Sprocket Wireless). Sprocket built out an LTE network that covers everywhere near the area with LTE and it is extremely fast (never less than 10mbps and always faster than everyone else). Coverage is great, I get service deep indoors and in large buildings (movie theater at the mall had 4 out of 5 bars of LTE). Sprocket has a great network and while I can't attest to the customer service our price plans (I'm a Verizon customer and have never dealt with sprocket), they can't possibly be any worse than US Cellular's customer service (the absolute worst), so I highly recommend Sprocket if you live in Muskogee and Verizon or Pioneer if you live elsewhere. Between Verizon, Sprocket and Pioneer Cellular, the whole state is covered with LTE for all of their customers.

I have been with T-Mobile since 2006. Never any problems with the service and the CSRs are always helpful. Prior to T-Mobile, I was with Sprint from the late 90s through 2006. There was a deadspot that ran perfectly diagonal as far south as 71st and Lewis, running northeast around Sheridan up through Oolagah.

Been with Sprint for 8 years. I have filed 7 repair tickets from May 2013 - Dec. 2013. Nothing has changed. Keep telling me to hold on, new technology coming. Well, my contract is up and so am I. I am done! I average 5 dropped calls a day and yet I pay full price for poor service. They say I'll get credit when tickets are done. Whatever, how can they credit me for 7 months when their records don't even show all the tickets. Run from Sprint. Run fast and hard.

I am sad to say that my family will be leaving Sprint after being with them for over 12 years. Their customer service has been outstanding, but unfortunately, their cell reception is horrible in Midtown Tulsa, Downtown, etc. I live right in the heart of Tulsa and had to have a booster (AirWave) installed in my house just to use the phone. Once outside, I must travel a few miles before any bars appear. So, so disappointed in Sprint for not upgrading their towers. They have told me for the past year not to give up…they are upgrading, be patient, etc. My patience is now gone and will have to change. I hate this because they have great plans, unlimited data, etc. but if the phone does not work, there is no point to paying for service you don't receive. So long Sprint….
