T-Mobile is improving rapidly. Previously I would drop to worthless 2G EDGE or GPRS when I drove in any direction away from the city limits. Now, most of those towers have been upgraded to LTE. T-Mobile still has issues with in-building coverage and fringe coverage in rural areas where AT&T will barely cover an area with 1 bar of 4G (T-Mobile will get No Service in these areas) but T-Mobile's much faster network and much better plans make this trade worth it in my opinion. I get the fastest speeds with T-Mobile in Tulsa (Verizon is a near second). If you need fringe coverage for voice (those really really rural areas in the sticks) I would choose Verizon. AT&T, US Cellular and Sprint are poor choices these days. Ranking networks on Speed I would rank them in this order 1. T-Mobile 2. Verizon 3. AT&T 4. US Cellular 5. Sprint Ranking networks on rural and in-building coverage in the sticks I would rank them in this order 1. Verizon 2. U.S. Cellular 3. AT&T 4. T-Mobile 5. Sprint If all things were equal on cost, Verizon would be the best choice but seeing as how they definitely aren't (T-Mobile's plans are a vastly better value) and how hard T-Mobile has been working in this area to improve their network and coverage (especially their rural coverage) they have earned my business. Was this review helpful to you?
I use an iphone. My account was hacked through icloud. I use AT&T but through my research of my hacking, they are using a third party carrier called MCI Metro who specialize in bringing internet and phone service to rural areas. They do this by (the way I explain it) is like a party line. Everyone is sharing the same broadband. I have people using apps on my phone, using my email accounts, and MCI Metro executives calling into my phone to check their voicemails. Right now my IP shows I'm in Ira Tx where a ATT utility truck parked out front of a shady hardware store off goople maps. Ive had to shut down all my social networking apps. It will be an ugly lawsuit. Was this review helpful to you?
At&t signal drops to one bar. Often have to wait to make a call or even send a text till signal comes up. Looking for another service now. AT&T costs more than a lot of other services. Was this review helpful to you?
Absolutely horrific reception can barely use data. Customer service is terrible as well. The people at the AT&T stores around the area are usually either lazy, crabby or both. Definitely switching when I can.Was this review helpful to you?
Just switched to Sprint in November. I don't understand why people complain about them on here, because all I've gotten is outstanding service. We swithed from AT&T and it was a great decision. Customer service is great and I've never dropped a call. Data is good too. There's only one dead spot on LTE at 61st and Memorial, but the Sprint rep told us beforehand. I would definitely recommend them, especially over AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon has excellent service throughout the Tulsa area. With all other carriers their LTE speeds have slowed with time if you can connect to LTE at all (looking at you AT&T and Sprint). I nearly always have an LTE signal with Verizon and its always fast (6+mbps, usually around 10-30). Verizon has XLTE (AWS, band 4) near TU and I can actually use my phone at the stadium, (even when OU or OSU comes to humiliate us (I mean visit) and the stadium is full), with great speeds. I love the new VoLTE HD voice with my phone. It has improved their call quality tremendously, (which was my one major beef with them previously). Was this review helpful to you?

Constantly dropped calls or if I'm lucky maybe 1 bar. AT&T has promised for years to put a tower in our area. Still waiting. I keep ready great reviews about Verizon in my area. I think it's time to seriously give them a lookWas this review helpful to you?
