Sprint
Exceptional service downtown on the ground, in the elevator, or on the 40th floor. I live in the Battle Creek area and I also get perfect service at home. We dropped our land line in favor of our mobiles.

when AT&T "bought out" Cingular they sold out all the towers I know so many people who where with AT&T that where so happy switched and now there under contract and customer service either says I cant help you and your stuck or sorry we get calls about this all the time and they wont tell us whats wrong. Most every one I kno that had AT&T blame Cingular but the truth is AT&T owns like 70% stock in Cingular so for what ever reason except to make billions by tricking all there customers into switching I dunno but they have "the most dropped calls" "not the fewest"

Don't have many problems at all in South Tulsa or even driving around Tulsa. I work at St. Johns Hospital and some of my friends have much better reception than I do. I have to walk out to the open area of the parking garage to get bars, I don't get any bars in the hospital. My phone is older and I plan on upgrading. I go back and forth between upgrading and changing companies to either Sprint or Cingular. I also want reception in Mexico. So any suggestions, please post away!

I work for Sprint at the City Plex Towers and have access to the mapping tools that show coverage for any area. I know for a fact that Tulsa's Sprint coverage is horrible. In addition, Sprint is the only carrier to outsource its Customer Support to the Phillipines and India. I would not use Sprint if someone payed me. I have Cingular. To put the difference in signal reception in perspctive, I work in the 20 story tower, 14th floor, and have full signal in each of the 3 towers. The Sprint LG 325 on the other hand, does not pick up 1 bar. So, between the GSM phone and the CDMA phone, you have a difference of full signal strength and no signal strength. And to the people posting about AT&T using Cingular towers, AT&T used TDMA, not GSM. The towers are not the same. That's why Cingular required you to swap to Cingular. Thy're getting rid of TDMA. Also, my manger has Tmobile, and his T-Mobile signal indoors, 12-15 stories up, has about 3 bars normally. The other day, he lost his T-Mobile signal completely and picked up my Cingular signal! This goes to show that even between carriers using the same network type, there are differences, and it depends on that carrier's network whether or not you get good reception.

Although My roomate and I bought pay as you go phones, they were pretty good phones, except we hardly ever get above 2 bars and cingular's reception is HORRIBLE. I thought that maybe getting upgraded phones would work, but my roomates father has Cingular and he's in Arkansas and he gets dropped all the time while talking, and he has a great model of cell phone so, I'm looking at switching before updating to a phone and a contract. BLEH for cingular.

I cannot complain one bit. I'm a bit of a cell phone freak and no matter which phone I'm using, the coverage is always 5 bars.

I have used USC since 1998. They have always negotiated the best anytime minute plans and my service is great. I almost NEVER have calls drop and their Customer Service cannot be beat!

Amazing Service in general. Please remember, cell phones were never designed to be a replacement for land lines, however Cingular really comes close...
