Terrible service. Downloaded an app to check my phone health as I thought it was the problem, no way the service being provided was that bad. Turns out my phone checks out fine, the cell service I get from my tower constantly cycles from good to moderate to poor, and I mean poor enough to lose service completely. I pay for unlimted data and get no data and least 50 times a day. Rip off your customers, cool. Soon as I get a new phone it will be with another company. in a T MOBILE I took my Rev-T phone I bought at T-Mobile back to them with in the warranty period to get it fixed. The guy there played with the phone for a while, while trying to talk me and my grandson into a new phone purchase and we just wanted them to send it in for fixing. he kept playing with it till he could get it somewhat better. He reached in twice to get a return slip to fill out but kept putting the slips back trying to get us to purchase a new phone and we kept replying no., We kept insisting we wanted them to return it for replacement since still under warranty. so after see-sawing back and forth he said just a minute while I see the manager. He then kept playing with the phone for 10-15 minutes went into a far corner and then comes back and says there is a small crack on the edge of the screen so he says the phone is no longer under warranty because of the little crack which we couldn't see. So he now says he won't send it in for a replacement. we were rightfully angered by his actions and left the phone with him. This is out rageous dealings from T-Mobile. He obviously kept fiddling with the phone for 15 min. in the corner in order to put the so called crack that we couldn't see on the phone or just refused to turn it into replacement as he had repeatedly was asked to do and started to do when we first showed and asked for. They just want to sell you a new phone no matter what.Was this review helpful to you?

I have tried multiple carriers none of them worked very good in this area, then I tried Verizon. At first it worked great unbelievable data speeds,(for about 3 months), then it started getting worse till like it is now no data. Went to Verizon got a new phone no difference.Was this review helpful to you?
lots od dead zones cannot use cell phone at work have to go outside is not an option... ..very dissapointed I had the most expensive plan I cannot enjoy barely can use my phone... .had to change to crickets lowest plan if not I was wasting and throwing away alot of money evry month... .I love cricket but cannot use at work... .Was this review helpful to you?
Doesn't matter where I'm at Sprint tends to be the worst network out there the stores are no help terrible customer service they might be the cheapest cell phone provider but you definitely get what you pay forWas this review helpful to you?

Sprint continues to have terrible data speeds in East Tulsa. Truly terrible. T-Mobile is a bit better but has spotty coverage in T-Town. Sprint as well as T-Mobile (all TMo stores in Tulsa are 3rd party franchise stores) have told me lies. Beware.Was this review helpful to you?
