Voice works with 2 bars on Sprint LTE; data loads default cached browser rather fast but any searched websites stall at roughly 1 / 6 progression bar atop Google with endless spinning wheel by LTE connection. 60 seconds later, and yet to move from Google search page to any requested websites. I've had US Cellular service for around two years now, and I have to say I've had zero issues with reception, no dropped calls, and blazing fast 4G service. Their customer service is honestly the best I've experienced. I had AT&T for several years before that and didn't have any issues with service, however customer service was atrocious. I feel like Sprint gets a terrible rep, but they're not bad, at least in the Metro area.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon has excellent service throughout the Tulsa area. With all other carriers their LTE speeds have slowed with time if you can connect to LTE at all (looking at you AT&T and Sprint). I nearly always have an LTE signal with Verizon and its always fast (6+mbps, usually around 10-30). Verizon has XLTE (AWS, band 4) near TU and I can actually use my phone at the stadium, (even when OU or OSU comes to humiliate us (I mean visit) and the stadium is full), with great speeds. I love the new VoLTE HD voice with my phone. It has improved their call quality tremendously, (which was my one major beef with them previously).Was this review helpful to you?

I am sad to say that my family will be leaving Sprint after being with them for over 12 years. Their customer service has been outstanding, but unfortunately, their cell reception is horrible in Midtown Tulsa, Downtown, etc. I live right in the heart of Tulsa and had to have a booster (AirWave) installed in my house just to use the phone. Once outside, I must travel a few miles before any bars appear. So, so disappointed in Sprint for not upgrading their towers. They have told me for the past year not to give up…they are upgrading, be patient, etc. My patience is now gone and will have to change. I hate this because they have great plans, unlimited data, etc. but if the phone does not work, there is no point to paying for service you don't receive. Moved here about 5 months ago and my 4G LTE signal is ALWAYS a full 5 bars. I used to travel very extensively throughout all portions of oklahoma, eastern kansas, western missouri, western oarkansas, and north texas and with the exception of a very small number of remote tribal areas, I pretty much always had enough reception to make and receive good calls. So my Verizon experience has been pretty good. 4G LTE speeds are super fast and coverage is easy to find to. 14-17meg down is pretty typical.Was this review helpful to you?

I lived at this location for almost 6 years and have been with AT&T. I truly cant figure out why cell reception is so poor. I have to go outside and pray that a whisp of signal will come my way just so I can use my phone! When you go to the coverage map is shows a small area on the map over this area where their coverage is poor. Please AT&T, get your head out and fix this problem. There are plenty others who are just like me, paying you good money every month to you. Either fix it or close your AT&T store and move your people who work for you to another location because its not their fault, its yours.
