I have tried multiple carriers none of them worked very good in this area, then I tried Verizon. At first it worked great unbelievable data speeds,(for about 3 months), then it started getting worse till like it is now no data. Went to Verizon got a new phone no difference. Was this review helpful to you?
The signal is fair to poor and many times is very slow and freeze's . Very frustrating to a paying customer.... jWas this review helpful to you?
Recent 2 or 3 months, my 4G LTE reception has been literally non-existent. Very slow... yes... 4G LTE and 5 bars seems like 300 baud modem. Really sad.Was this review helpful to you?
Voice works with 2 bars on Sprint LTE; data loads default cached browser rather fast but any searched websites stall at roughly 1 / 6 progression bar atop Google with endless spinning wheel by LTE connection. 60 seconds later, and yet to move from Google search page to any requested websites. Have closed out and retried 5 times already. Painful. You get what you pay for.Was this review helpful to you?
No 4g 2g only sometimes which has never worked on my LG L90. Have had to fall back to wifi for over 3 monthes even at my house. Paying for 4g getting no g these months. Was this review helpful to you?
I have to literally go outside to make or receive calls, and even then signal is spotty. As of today, July 4th 2016, approximately 12:30 pm CST, we have absolutely NO service! Was this review helpful to you?
Been with T-mobile 8+ yrs in this area. Frustrated / looking to switch carriers asap! Consistently only 2G speed for months now- even when I'm over in south Tulsa, or Sand Springs... and even when my data is reset for the month / none used- causing the slow down. My browser keeps crashing / timing out- per servers taking too long to load a page (I've done I.T. for 15 yrs)- on such a slow network. Ever since they started offering free data for specific streaming services, it's like the rest of the long-time loyal customers no longer matter. Was this review helpful to you?
I've had US Cellular service for around two years now, and I have to say I've had zero issues with reception, no dropped calls, and blazing fast 4G service. Their customer service is honestly the best I've experienced. I had AT&T for several years before that and didn't have any issues with service, however customer service was atrocious. I feel like Sprint gets a terrible rep, but they're not bad, at least in the Metro area. Was this review helpful to you?
We've been with US Cellular for 20 years but can't wait to switch! Signal strength... 1 on a good day! Low signal strength is a new problem but it's a huge problem. Seems to have worsen since March 25th storm or since latest Samsung upgrade. If anyone lives in the Berryhill area please let me know if you have the same issue and if not... .what carrier do you use?Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon has excellent service throughout the Tulsa area. With all other carriers their LTE speeds have slowed with time if you can connect to LTE at all (looking at you AT&T and Sprint). I nearly always have an LTE signal with Verizon and its always fast (6+mbps, usually around 10-30). Verizon has XLTE (AWS, band 4) near TU and I can actually use my phone at the stadium, (even when OU or OSU comes to humiliate us (I mean visit) and the stadium is full), with great speeds. I love the new VoLTE HD voice with my phone. It has improved their call quality tremendously, (which was my one major beef with them previously). Was this review helpful to you?
