Patriot Mobile sent us sim cards for AT&T after the T-Mobile sim cards would work. No reception Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 4. Even after buying new phones AGAIN for different IMEIs.

My phone, no reception. Galaxy Note 3 Spouse phone, 1-2 bars. Galaxy Note 4 Verizon said nearest tower 2.5 miles away. Said nothing they could do. Stayed with them for 6 years then switched.

I've had T-Mobile since 2001 (was Voicestream back then) and reception has always been perfect no matter where in Tulsa, and no matter which phone. I have no idea what all these people are talking about.

We have a very hard time with reception in this area. Unfortunately this is the area where we live and work. Time to try Verizon?

Can only hear EVERY THIRD WORD for about 15 seconds and then CALL FAILED —- PERPETUALLY. HELLO, how in the H€LL am I supposed to check my patients’ status when AT&T CAN’T DELIVER THE SERVICE THEY ARE OBTAINING MONEY FOR. Lawsuit….
