Verizon
My biggest issue with Verizon is not connectivity, it is the cost of their internet. Seems we should be able to get both: good phone service and reasonably priced data!

T-Mobile
T-Mobile 4g downtown is VERY spotty. Where I do get 4g, I get excellent 17mbps+ download speeds. 1 / 3 of the way up the BOk Tower? nada.

Sprint
First of all I have to say sprints customer service is *$#%$#@ horrible. everyone ivr talked to has said sumthing different one time I was told its my phone then it was that their decommisining their Nextel towers then it was a digital conversion from any analog towers to digital now its a 4g digital tower conversion wtf. Do after that and a growing cell bill I'm done. They offerd me a signal booster called an airwave thay plugs into my modem they said ill get full 3g within a 5000ft radius hopfully it wrks.I have no service currently.3mounts left on my 3 smart phone family contract and were switching.

T-Mobile
I have 5 bars of Edge coverage only. It would be nice if T-Mobile would turn on the LTE network.

Sprint
Get 0 to 1 bar intermittently. 3G signal almost nil. Can not USB tether. 4G non-existent.

Sprint
Sprint has had major issues with 3G speeds in the past but service has vastly improved, I now get 1000kbps+ speeds almost everywhere in Tulsa. In terms of coverage, Sprint is probably number 3 with AT&T and US Cellular ahead of them. However, Sprint roams onto US Cellular for free anyway so I get great rural coverage which isn't to say I roam all the time. Sprint has coverage along the major highways which include small towns I frequent. The value is unbeatable. 5 smart phones with unlimited texts, cell to cell calls, and most importantly DATA for only $260 a month.

T-Mobile
I have been with T-Mobile for 15 years and just have never had a problem in Tulsa.

Sprint
Lots of dropped calls. Got booster in mail today and it does not work. Coverage map is less than honest. Sprint said I qualify for a booster (read they know the service is lousy at my location) and tried to charge me for it! Got one for free... But so far it does not work. this is not helpful. My other phone is with AT&T, whom I hate, but it works.

Sprint
SHyt reception. I switched from having cricket for around 12yrs and wished I hadnt. My 3g network at its best with Sprint is 122Kbps down stream and only.11Kbps upstream. slower than a dial-up connectin. Switching back to cricets service in the morning. Least with them Ill have a 3g network that actually works. BTW Sprint only has 2 towers in tulsa. Just call in and ask a rep

Sprint
I have been a Spring customer for over three years now. First, I was lied to by my Sprint Sales Rep. I was sold a Blackberry that I was told could be tethered at no additional charge to my laptop when needed. 1 month later, Sprint BLOCKED this from being able to happen. Also, the Sprint Rep told me 4G would be in Tulsa by the end of summer three summers ago. This is why I signed up with Sprint. Another LIE! Now for the biggest joke... I have numerous dropped call issues. I have had three replacement phones in 9 months. I payed for all of them. Sprint blames their poor service here in the Tulsa area on the phone. So, after replacing three in less than a year I'm done with Sprint. I dropped three calls to Sprint Customer Support 9 days ago. 1 at 12 minutes, another at 10 minutes and the third at 45 seconds. funny thing, Sprint claims I only dropped 2 calls for the entire month. I average at least 8-10 drops per day. I'm in business for myself and quality service, coverage is important. I called requesting a refund of some of my payment due to all the issues and they offered me $100 back. I then find when calling back in to see why it wasn't applied they tell me it will be in Sept 5th and it will renew my contract, which I'm out of. So, they automatically re-contract their customers that have poor service without their permission. Talk about Cheating the public. This has been an on going poor service issue since September of 2011 and Sprint will DENY it till the end. They use a computer that gives them data that is obviously not accurate. I'm not saying this for kicks. I'm saying this because the coverage here in the Tulsa area SUCKS that bad. I had a Cricket phone that gave me less drop call issues 5 years ago than this. knowing what I know now about this service I'd never contract with them again. You get what you pay for and a prepaid phone gives you better coverage than you get with them. The dropped calls are non stop. they happen everywhere. all over BA, Jenks, Tulsa, Bixby. It does not matter. Even at the Sprint store. Heck, half the time at 71st and 145 where the Sprint store is located you cannot get a reception or make a call. That's pretty pathetic. You go to ZERO bars at 61st and 145th which is right in town in Broken Arrow. Go down by the Bass Pro Shops and try using a Sprint phone! Good luck...

Sprint
Been Sprint customer here since 1990. Always had great service and reception, all areas and even in underground parking and elevators downtown. Traveled cross country many times and no complaints. Got blackberrys in 2000 and 2005 and while still got good reception - it wasn't as good as on my old "candy bar" phone. Got Samsung S2 galaxy 4g epic touch 4 months ago and the service is horrible! (who thinks up these phone names, anyway?) Of course, there is no 4g in this part of the country, but the 3g is awful and getting worse. Wifi is just as useless. I was happy with Sprint, but all things must end. Is there any decent phone service in middle America?

Sprint
I've been with Sprint for 15 years. In the past several weeks their network quality has degraded tremendously. I now have dropped calls all the time and very slow data speeds. Someone that works for Sprint told me that they have not renewed their lease with many of the local towers that they were using for service in Oklahoma for the past several years, and so network quality has become a problem for alot of people. They have no plans or desire to fix anything. Goodby Sprint.

Sprint
I've always used Sprint, for several years I've used them. Now, I can barely make calls from my phone, I have NO internet or 3g in this area, which isn't good because I work here. I'm still in Tulsa County and nothing! The poor reception in this area, combined with the increasing number of dropped calls makes me regret signing up with them again.

Sprint
Have had Sprint for several years with great service but for the past several months I have had very limited signal strength and numerous dropped calls. Will be looking for another carrier if I don't see improvement soon.

Sprint
Been on Sprint since 2000. ALways had good deal. Carried my phone all over the country, golfing in Mertle Beach and Gulf Shores. Always had service. No complaints really. Sprint Customer service has been really really bad but its improved since 2008. My daughters in WinchesterOK - and is having trouble with dropped calls. We are considering putting up a small repeater.

AT&T
Our family has 5 phones (different manufacturers and models). We were with Cingular and really liked it. When switched to ATT, we initially had many problems. Now, service seems above average throughout the Tulsa metro area.

T-Mobile
I work at Saint Francis and live at 101 / Yale and my coverage is horrible. I can count on one hand the number of full conversations I've had IN my house and I've been here for 7 years... all with TMobile. I can map out the places on my ride home from work where I'll drop a call. And as soon as I enter my subdivision, Camelot Park, I have spotty service at best. As soon as my contract is up in January I'm switching!

I've been with U.S. Cellular for ten years and have moved in and around Tulsa and it has been years since I've had a dropped call. Amazing service!

Verizon
I travle a lot and my phone is always roaming. Tulsa has some good spots for US Cellular, but I get a lot of droped calls. The business I work for is about to switch to Verizon Wireless. I am testing out the BlackBerry Tour and its so much better then my Curve on US Cellular. Everywhere I have been in the US I get 3G service. Verizons 3G data TV ad caught our eye.

Verizon
Verizon picks up great! Very happy with the switch from AT&T.

US Cellular
Drops 9 out of 10 calls. Have to go outside to maintain signal so totally useless for business. Same for Motorola and LG phones, so the problem is not the phone, but the service provider.
