It is 2022 and I hate Rockwall for this very reason…..bad signal! If you’re at the Harbor or by the Hilton - you WILL HAVE terrible service. 1 bar at most - can’t Google search anything and it’s infuriating…you might as well throw the entire phone away.

I get poor service starting at the I 30 bridge and it gets worse all the way to my home. Inside my home I usually get one bar. Later hours service is better. If a storm happens even just wind like last night. I can not even send a text. I would not recommend Verizon in Rockwall

AT&T service in Rockwall is horrible. I live in Dallas and my service is fine. I work in Rockwall and constantly have issues getting a signal. It’s been this way for years.

Very poor cell reception in all of Rockwall. This is a well-populated area with many, many stores and businesses. It is surprising that an area like this would have such a bad cell signal. Rarely more than 1 bar showing on phone, and very common for google maps to not load directions. Web pages fail to load or freeze.

Manager Totally uninterested in customer. Sell as fast as you can whether customer is happy or not. A criminal... lies, evades, and invades your privacy by accessing your personal cell phone purchased elsewhere. I'm concerned for young men who work there. He is certainly not setting the best example.

Why the fuck is my signal always fucking trash? I never had an issue When I lived in Dallas and near a fucking airport. Everything in my home like my internet and tv signal is always garbage, hate this fucking city and the fucking lazy morons that run these weak ass companies

I live in Wylie, used to have att. Switched to T-Mobile, signal even in my home is terrible. In Wylie east high school the signal is non existent in most of the building and outside max 2 bars. Never had any problems with AT&T except the cost
