Worst traffic spot and not enough service to make calls. From mesquite through rockwall calls are about 20 percent chance of going through. Looking into cell booster for truck or buying another carrier phone. Had AT&T since the late 90’s but I am about to be forced to change carriers.

Occasional text availability but no calls allowed. ATT service is worst than Metro. In the past 3 to 4 months is gone worst. I was forced to get a Metro phone to check on my mother. Is almost as bad but I it works sometimes.

Why has AT&T service gone to hell we have no signal most of the time on a good day we mite have 1 bar but not often we use to have very strong signal then in a days time it was gone started using cell phone with Southwestern Bell in the 1980s why can’t something be done about this problem

I have a brand new Samsung Note 20 Ultra Plus phone with T-Mobile service and AT&T WiFi and my phone literally works maybe 5% of the time. So I would have to give T-Mobile and AT&T horrible ratings!

At work here in Dallas at I-30 and Inwood Rd, I have reception inside my office with the door closed and I'm not on a window. I get a signal when people can't seem to. I love my Samsung phone! Go MetroPCS! FYI - I've noticed if you can't get a good set of bars, if you'll spin in a circle with your phone in your hand - make the phone make a huge circle, then you'll be surprised at the number of bars you'll get for doing that.

I have lived here since January 2013 and have had Verizon the entire time. I got a smart phone December 2018. Prior to this, I had a flip phone and the service was not great. With my smartphone, in the past few months, I have no data connection, 75% of the time and I cannot depend on the network to work for my phone calls. I am forced to go to Fed Ex Office or another business where Verizon's signal is stronger. Years ago, Verizon said there was a definite service problem in my area and they were working to fix it and assured me with my smartphone I would have great service; I DON'T! I am trying to talk with them about this now but it takes forever to get through. My money is wasted on them and I am planning on filing an official complaint with whatever agency I can! Their coverage map is a lie!!!!!
