I can only make phone calls. I can’t use anything that requires data. I have three or four bars and my iPhone shows I’m connected to LTE but all I can do is make phone calls. Roanoke Texas is not the place to be if you want to be with T-Mobile and use your not so smart phone.

3 months ago our service went from good to horrible. Verizon has not been receptive to hearing that it might be them. All 5 of our phones work great elsewhere but just not our house. When I told them that they said it might be my house construction! Seriously? They also said it might be if I was close to a large body of water! Seriously? I live in Coppell, TX. It's a Verizon issue but they are not taking responsibility.

Cell service seems to be deteriorating. Home office in same location for 4 years. Service is literally unusable as of today. Cannot make calls without dropping or breaking up. Signal strength shows -85 when using field test.

Cannot get T Mobile service in Presbyterian Hospital in Denton. Not good when you have a loved one in the hospital and you have to leave to make phone calls.
