Att cell service is getting worse and worse. It is getting harder to make calls and I often drop calls. I work from home and will have to find a different carrier.

Very poor signal and sometimes almost No Reception. The phone said it pickups 3 out of 5 bars with 4G (Never got it for LTE)... getting drop calls and voice quality is so disruptive that I could not hear what the other end saying.

Ostensibly I have no data access anywhere. At home web pages will not download at all. I'm headed back to Sprint to cancel service. I just got the service on Monday

Started service 2 days ago. No data. It's useless. Calls are very broken every other word. The customer service in India is no help. They are nice but can't fix bad coverage. I can't believe in a city the size of Frisco that I get 2 bars at home and data download speed of.17 mbps. I'm returning the phones and canceling the service tomorrow.

I've been very dissatisfied with my service lately! I have AT&T through Cricket and my service has always been great until about a month ago. Now most of the time my phone says "emergency calls only"! Phone calls will go straight to voicemail without ringing and when I do reach someone, the call gets dropped! Texting is just as useless! From what I've been reading, there are several service providers having the same issue. What the heck is going on??????
