Verizon

Verizon worked well up until about late 2014. Drop calls, bad connection.

T-Mobile coverage really sucks! My office spans a huge campus. There are many areas in my office where I just don't get any coverage at all! My cell phone gets disconnected from network completely! (not even a single bar!) In my office I'm always forced to walk to an open atrium area to receive network signal!

I purchased my phone from Metro PCS and use my service to include Tethering to my computer for signal. Service USED to be good, BUT strangely, the day I received a Metro PCS Text of our receiving an Additional 2 GB of Data with some kind of "Enhanced Video Streaming" capability, the Data Service suddenly dropped to WAY below Dial Up Speeds! Sometimes, it will NOT even open Pages! Has been this way for about 3 1 / 2 days... I have contacted Customer Service (India and CA) plus, even went in to one of their stores. I was told by India, well, sent thru their standard Check List with no one knowing anything beyond that (WHEN, I could understand what they were saying) that maybe I should disassemble my phone to Refresh. I called again later and got someone in CA. She told me I need a NEW phone! BOTH encounter seemed to blame ME for THEIR service now FAILING! So I went to a Physical Store and explained my problem. They called in, discussed the problem, then she came back and Refreshed my phone. STILL Tethering is NOT working. They seem to think that waiting 10 minutes for their service to open pages is normal???? Now, they want us to UPGRADE our Service! AND, getting Texts to HURRY UP and Pay a WEEK EARLY! NO THANKS. Wondering, is it Legal for a Carrier to sell you a phone, then in about 1 year, or less, create software to render your phone useless? Then expect you to Upgrade on both Service AND buy a NEW Phone all over again???? Will spend a day or two reviewing OTHER Carriers or just go back to using a Land Line like we used to. Good Luck to those I have "Left Behind"!

I have to go outside to make phone calls. Absolutely no service indoors and even stepping outside, I only get 3G and the phone drops calls 90% of the time. I recently switched from AT&T and needless to say, I will be going back. The price for what I needed was a little cheaper at Verizon, but the reception in this area as well as many other areas throughout dallas are absolutely awful. DO NOT switch to Verizon if you live in the Dallas area, terrible.

Using single Booster inside home, no issues with T, rarely gives trouble. BUT booster is needed.

I just discovered why I have zero signal using this site. The tower is located directly behind the 10,000,000 sq foot warehouse I am in. "If coverage is great outdoors but vanishes once inside, a problem could be the transmission power. Since more users requires more towers to be placed, it requires less power to cover a smaller area. The weaker signals will not be able to penetrate buildings deeper."

Switched to Sprint 10 / 14. Big mistake I have had nothing but trouble. one or no bars dropped and failed calls. They finally sent me a booster (minitower) it constantly goes out and display red lights. Currently in Denton at rehab and can barely use the phone. Seems none of the carries have good coverage in North Texas. Maybe we should all go back to smoke signals.
