I've lived here for 4 years, and as building progressed the cell service got worse. I checked the cell tower coverage via CellMapper and of all the towers in a 3mile radius, NONE of them cover the entire apartment complex. They actually cover the outside of the entire building on all sides. No WONDER our cell service is horrible. I get dropped calls ALL THE TIME. And I have had interviews that required service. I thought it was my phone, I bought a new phone. I thought it was my wifi - I worked on that. It's none of these. it's the lack of cell coverage here. GET IT TOGETHER VERIZON AND ALL OTHER CELL SERVICES. how can you NOT cover an entire community??? Ive called Verizon and asked my apartment complex to request coverage via the city. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Barely any reception in the entire Frisco Square Plaza, whether you’re in one of the apartment complexes or one of the restaurants. For such a popular area, the cell service is awful.

I got the switch over done at tMobile 4 days ago. All calls were perfect with Sprint and now I can not receive any calls. The other parties can not hear me and the calls drop.
