been here since 2002, unable to use phone in the house, tower built later on, service perfect, down sometimes, last three days, NO SERVICE, complained and was told service would be restored shortly, STILL OUT. what's going on? We pay over $100 monthly for no service at our house..Glad we have a landline... ...

Call drops as soon as you reach Lebanon and Main Street. Service is non existent in the Tribute subdivision. I’ve had Sprint for two decades. Sadly I have to change providers.

I've had virgin mobile since 2005. I am sick of the lack of reception. No phone calls then days later theres a voice mail message. Everyone at work gets reception but me. I work in Denton. Time to find a better carrier.

Service often cuts out and is consistently only one bar strong. WiFi calling also seems to be disabled for the DFW metro area, as none of the WiFi networks I connect to seem to enable WiFi calling.

Att coverage has gone from excellent to 0 in past six months - can’t even beat one bar IN the Apple store across from Lowe’s - Apple people have to switch to their coverage to activate phones. They say no ATT phones are working in the area of their store (on cellular). Happened suddenly a few months ago but I just put 2 and 2 together.

My cell phones have extremely poor reception. Trying to find out what the problem is but basically am getting the run around from AT&T. Will likely have to change cell provider.

Reception is pretty much non-existent. I called AT& T and they said it's because I have too many trees and there is nothing they can do.
