In April 2018, Vitruvian began expansion project around Tom Thumb and took down a cellular tower. We now have dropped calls and spotty reception. Have been ATT Customer for 40 years. No acknowledgement of issue. Have to leave house to conduct business. Now shopping for another service provider!

I call this biggest mistake of my life. I switched from Metro PCs to AT&T. I pay more for my service with AT&T and all I have is No Service. I have to be out of my apartment to be able to make calls or use the internet. As soon as I close my door I don’t have any sygnal. I will go back to Metro because at least I can receive and make calls, also for a lot less than AT&T and use the internet a little slowly but I can use for what I pay, which is $50 dollars period.

Can rarely make calls generally depends on time of day. Have okay reception in Little Elm, McKinney, etc but as soon as you hit 380 and come in to Savannah reception drops to nothing.

Can barely use cellphone in house. Much worse than last year! Not sure what they've done but will probably switch to one of their competitors. Long time AT&T customer but expect service for the price we're charged! Really poor product.

Don’t know what’s wrong in the area right next to 635 specially the strip mall area on MacArthur where you have stores like Target and the cypress water office area. Absolutely zero network for T-Mobile . You can’t makes calls nor get any data at all. T-Mobile just sucks in this neighborhood. It is completely useless. Now forced to move to Verizon since 1. I want a phone that works 2. T-Mobile won’t fix their network.

Very poor reception, 1 bar or less with frequent call drops. I have a ATT microcell installed which used to work in the past, but has stopped working recently.

Worst phone coverage I've had throughout most of Texas is in Denton area. Probably not going to switch carriers as I've been with AT&T my entire life. I've had better coverage / signal strength in barren stretches of Texas than the entire Denton region. Cannot imagine why THIS AREA IS FORSAKEN... DREADFUL!
