T-Mobile

Great price but piss poor service. There are so many close towns where you can't get a phone signal or 3G most of the time. Rockwall and Greenville are good examples. As soon as my daughters phone is paid for we are gone.

I have had ATT for almost 10 yrs and never have I had such terrible service as I do in my current location. I am near the Granada and Greeneville which should never have an issue. What is up ATT?? Fix It!

My T-Mobile 4g svc. works very on the west coast but is very poor in Rowlett TX. The internet continuously drops / freezes and I have to reboot my Gal / note3 to try again. What an inconvenience :-(

I have been with ATT for a long time. My reception terrible at my house. I run a business and ATT did give me a mini tower for my house but it doesn't seem to help. I'm so tired of hearing "you're breaking up". I was told ATT is putting a tower near my home, but I think I will have already switched to T-Mobile by then.

Calls drop constantly even with line of sight connection to T-Mobile tower. The one minute the phone shows T mobile and the next it shows Searching- cannot find T-Mobile connection and then suddenly it is good- this happens 20+ times a day. I do not experience this in other areas or cities. More people in the office experience it too on their Tmoble phones. This also happens outside the office. I took my phone to the T-Mobile store - they tested it and also replaced the simm card and said there is nothing wrong with the phone. The closer you get to the this area T-Mobile tower, you hear a lot of jitter on the phone. I offered to meet a T-Mobile tech at their tower that he can hear and experience the problem but they decline it. I have been with them for 12 years and I think it is time to move on since they are not prepared to fix their problem. I cannot believe T-Mobile service is so bad in this country! If one go to Germany they have excellent service. seems that the locals just want to make money and not spend money to get their system working. It is a pity there no institution that can fine them for bad service!

T Mobile network is very poor and their service also awful. After waiting for 4 days to resolve my connectivity issues, CRS guys still asking to wait for the issue to get resolved. T Mobile really sucks.

No 4G LTE coverage indoors. Very poor signal when using voice services. Calls often drop.

On 1 bar of LTE signal data rates are always at least 8 Mbps down and 5.62 Mbps up indoors. Depending on signal they can be as high as 27 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up. No problem with calls. Signal here is better than AT&T or Verizon.

Very spotty and unreliable connections. At home I lose connection from room to room. There have been several times I have had to restart phone to recapture connection. Making what should be a quick process, less than 15 sec take 7 to 10 minutes. AT&T cost more but I have watched my girlfriends ATT plan always out perform on coverage area and data speed. Tmobile:not such a deal when it doesn't work in alot of urban places.

Sprint has the worst service I have ever experienced both locally and traveling. Our phones don't work in our house and drop calls all over Dallas most times they don't even ring and just show a voicemail. The slow data may also be one of the most frustrating things about sprint. I never knew just how good I had it with AT&T. When everything works the way it should, you defiantly take it for granted. My wife and I joined Sprint because she supposedly got a discount through her employer. At the Sprint store they gave us the paperwork to fill out to get the discount but Sprint has not given any such discount and won't let us out of the contract. Stay away!
