Dear AT&T, Thank you for overcharging us ridiculously poor cell reception. I particularly enjoy having to stand on my front porch to make phone calls because the reception in our house is non existent. Finding reception in our house feels like searching for Waldo. My husband and I have finally resorted to communicating via Facetime, because it is the only way to communicate without standing outside. On the occasions we have to call AT&T, we are greeted by someone we can understand less than our overpriced bills. Thank you again for making every interaction with you a memorable one. Zero reception inside apartment. T-Mobile basically calls me a liar for saying I get no reception. They claim because there are not multiple dropped calls there is no evidence of bad reception. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Verizon Wireless has no service or ability to provide tower service in Dallas TX area. Go Figure, Verizon Wireless claims to have the best coverage… WRONG! Call into CSR, they try to say it is the users phone, not them! Ignorance is so Bliss!Was this review helpful to you?
I work at DFW Airport. For the good part of a year, T-Mobile used to really stink at work. I'd always have plenty of bars but no Internet connection, or extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of all the terminal construction. Recently I'd been out sick for a little over a week. When I came back, it seems service has improved immensely. Where I was getting less than 1 mbps, I now constantly pull in a decent 8 to 9 mbps. No blazing fast, but enough to browse and stream music. Glad the problem was fixed.Was this review helpful to you?
Most of the times when I try to make a call or send a text I do not have a signal. They even sent out a signal enhancer which did not help at all. Then when I call I get treated like crap, or I get tranferred all over. I have been with Sprint since 1995. I thinking about switching.Was this review helpful to you?
Nearly zero coverage in the Illinois, Keeneland, Loop 12 triangle. Finally had to put a Verizon internet based repeater to get any reception in my home. Now my internet connection is providing service to the entire neighborhood. I pay for it because Verizon won't upgrade their junk. Can't wait for the contract to end. Signal strength has been getting progressively worse. I cannot use my cell phone inside my home. Outside signal strength is only marginally better. This is a newer, heavily populated development.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible call quality throughout downtown Dallas and also Mesquite (even with four bars). Routinely will not connect on outgoing calls (with four bars). Will ring endlessly or get a message saying the contact is unavailable. I will immediately use a landline and connect instantly with the contact. The data (3G) is extremely slow and texts are routinely received late (45 minutes or more after the text is sent) or not at all by the contacts. I never experienced these problems with Verizon which I used in the same areas. I was not happy with Verizon's pricing structure but I may have to go back.Was this review helpful to you?
