Sprint

no Sprint reception in the mall at all - makes it tough to keep track of teenagers!

Sometimes I get dropped calls, otherwise seems to work well.

My phone drops me all the time, three or four times with the same call. It sucks. I have bought 2 new phones to fix the problem, but it does not help. I am moving to Verizon.

I can not get any reception in my house at all. If I leave the phone on, the battery runs down quickly because it is constantly looking for service. Reception outside is very spotty. I end up walking all over my yard to try and get even 1 bar. Forget about making or receiving a call in the house. I also have the same problem when driving in the area around White Rock Lake. If you live in Lakewood do not buy Sprint. Customer service is useless. It is not a company worth dealing with to have phones that can not be used.

Apartment on the first floor - phone is spotty indoors even near the window (bars fluctuate and chop up your conversation) Reception is better outside.

I barely get reception and it is sporadic even then. I'm on a 3rd floor apartment, too.

I seem to get good reception everywhere in Dallas except where I live, and that's in the 3rd story of an apartment. T-Mobile has decent priced plans, but if it doesn't work, then the cost is irrelevant.

I never get any reception anywhere. This is the worst possible cell phone plan you could get.

Very poor reception, I always get dropped call. It has been like this for many years. Nothing to do with the phone, tried it with many phones on T-Mobile. Also service has gotten noticeably worse in the last few months in general the clarity is not good.

Sprint PCS is absolutely worthless in Lakewood. I am lucky to get a single bar at my house. The phone doesn't ring, but somehow manages sometimes to announce that I have a new voice message. More often than not, if I call to retrieve my voicemail, I have to pay for analog charges because I'm "beyond my service area"! From my own house! I bought the phone at the Radio Shack half a mile away! On abrams between approximately Kenwood and Richmond, your call will be dropped, guaranteed. If you live in Lakewood, DON'T SIGN UP WITH SPRINT!
