I just moved to the Dallas area from Seattle, WA (Sept 13). I am on a Verizon contract. I have found the cell coverage with Verizon in Dallas to be frustrating. I now know why so many folks walk outside to make phone calls! I cannot get any reception inside my house (Highland Park) and minimal at my office (Irving). I cannot send text messages from my office. I did find strong Verizon signals in zip code 75093. Will need to find an alternative since I can't run the business with spotty cell service... .

I got descent data reception until around 2:30 9 / 19 / 13. it's now 9 / 20 still no data. I've been working at this location since 1 / 31 / 2011 and had not great but descent data recption. now nothing works that needs the data reception.

Network traffic is so bad that calls do not ring through to the phone. I only know that I have missed a call when my voice mail notification goes off. Called 5 times because a credit for overcharging was not being issued. Five clerks told me they were processing it and then it was never done so I think upper management was overriding them. I paid early termination fee to get out of contract. My monthly bill was $113 for unlimited talk text and data. Went with Straight Talk (AT&T) and pay $45 per month.

Just put iphone 4s with Metro PCS (t-mobile)and reception is terrible. The bars jump all over the place, mostly stay on 1 to 3 and then lose service. A lot of the time it shows no service I drove all around this area and coverage is the same; poor.

Because there are practically no towers for Verizon in Dallas, I miss two days to two weeks of conversations with people because my cell phone won't pick the messages up. I've missed multiple meetings and dates - too many to count. Verizon needs to get its act together and fix it.

AT&T has blamed my terrible cell reception on everything from towers being updated to my second story roof having a foil backing. We bought a AT&T micro cell tower in hopes of improving the reception to no avail. You might think with AT&T's headquarters here, their reception would be great. Thinking of switching to Verizon.

Used to love my Sprint service but not anymore. Half the time I cannot get on the network for data and now calls are dropping in my home. 4 G always "disconnecting" but runs the battery down. Looking to change.

Moved here from Tennessee. I get 4-bars reception here in the building but the T-Mobile signal drops to no bars very regular during the day. So when I am on a call, the call gets drop and the T-Mobile phone shows "Searching". This is bad new T-Mobile. I do not know why T-Mobile is working so well in Europe but so bad over here!I wish I can find a better service

Coverage on campus is terrible. Often when inside a building, there will be 0-1 bars, making it difficult to place a call or send a text but nearly impossible to use 3g data. Most areas outdoors have poor-average coverage.
