Almost no reception in the house. Neighbors also have Iphone and instead of calling it is easier to walk next door. Dropped calls always around Northpark.

My work just switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless. The service is so much stronger and data is faster then AT&T. I'm so happy! I will be switching my personal lines from Sprint to Verizon next weekend.

never had a problem with my AT&T reception, never a dropped call, never running without reception, I guess AT&T and Verizon are the best service providers in DFW.

Reception rating is 4 or 5 bars, but calls from inside my highrise condo are dropped on a regular basis. Considering the monthly fees, this is very disappointing.

Horrible Service. Dropped Calls. Inside house it is a guessing game if a call will come through. My wife is on an Iphone with ATT and we can sit and call my Sprint from her ATT and she will get my voice mail sitting in the same room. She does not seem to have problems on her phone but I on the other hand talk 8000m - 10000 minutes per month and I have all kinds of issues with sprint. Guess I am switching and hoping that ATT will work all day long.

I drive from Park Cities to Addison everyday to and from work. I always have 4 full bars, and my data connection stays on 100% of the time. I NEVER have had a dropped call, not even once since I joined verison 5 years ago. I use my phone about 2 hours a day, and still have yet to see my phone say "1X" or have less than 3 bars. I have unlimited data plan, so I always have my messenger program running, and it never logs out, or misses any messages. this is the best phone / service I have ever had.
