AT&T

We can hardly make phone calls and sending texts constantly fail. It has been bad but the last few weeks it horrible. Several dozen neighbors are complaining about it.

The call performance is excellent except at the intersection of Lake Ridge Pkwy. and N Grand Peninsula Dr. My calls will drop every time there. The network connection consistently shows one or two bars in this area. Download speeds are on the slow side with speeds varying from 1.1 to 8+ mbps depending on location with LTE connection shown the majority of the time.

Peace be unto you at ATT. I’m in the process of building a new website in this area. The signal is poor! Please resolve this problem in South Dallas! T.L.4EVER

The phone reception is great-no drops. Data varies between LTE to 4G depending on my location within the house. 4G is barely usable while LTE comes in at 15-20 mbps. If LTE signal was steady, I would rate at least 4 stars.

Need to add a cell tower closer. No cell phone tower within miles of the Joe Pool area

AT&T blows. Been here 7 years. This is now a heavily populated area, and can't make a single call from my house. Texts don't come through. Calls don't come through. Voice mail won't even show up until I'm several miles from my house. As someone that makes my income with my phone, this is extremely frustrating. Even more frustrating when that bill gets higher and higher every month. Get it together service providers. I'm ready to start a class action against these folks for stealing our money for years. If they want to give us discounted service, I want a discounted rate.

Dear AT&T, Thank you for overcharging us ridiculously poor cell reception. I particularly enjoy having to stand on my front porch to make phone calls because the reception in our house is non existent. Finding reception in our house feels like searching for Waldo. My husband and I have finally resorted to communicating via Facetime, because it is the only way to communicate without standing outside. On the occasions we have to call AT&T, we are greeted by someone we can understand less than our overpriced bills. Thank you again for making every interaction with you a memorable one. I will gladly thank you in return when I switch service providers. Sincerely, Desperately Seeking Good Service

Had a Samsung Dart that was recommended to me at T-Mobile store by their associate. What a crappy phone that was but it had it moments where it worked great. It got little to no reception at home at all even though the T-Mobile map says "excellent coverage" where I live. At best I could walk to the back of the apartments and get one to two bars. Fast forward bought a new phone that works brilliantly but reception is even worse. I have to leave my complex for about a mile to a mile and a half just to get any bars. The wifi calling is there until I walk my dog in the complex and am out of range. I also get no reception at work either so the two places I am the most, work and home, my phone is just extra weight in my pocket.

I work at DFW Airport. For the good part of a year, T-Mobile used to really stink at work. I'd always have plenty of bars but no Internet connection, or extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of all the terminal construction. Recently I'd been out sick for a little over a week. When I came back, it seems service has improved immensely. Where I was getting less than 1 mbps, I now constantly pull in a decent 8 to 9 mbps. No blazing fast, but enough to browse and stream music. Glad the problem was fixed.
