Poor to non-existent during the work week. Average on the weekend. Clearly microcells or more towers are needed downtown. Send out your testers and see for yourself ATT. I wonder if you could even get reception at the ATT building 3 blocks away.Was this review helpful to you?
I've had AT&T since I've owned a cell phone. Moved to Dallas 1 year ago and my reception was great for 4 months, now it's horrible! My phone either has No Service at all unless I'm standing on my patio and even then I drop calls or audio goes dead silent until it completely drops. Inside my condo... Zero service now. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Working from my home office on days I can is a complete joke! If anyone is experiencing the same and has changed providers, please let me know so I can switch! Dear AT&T, Thank you for overcharging us ridiculously poor cell reception. I particularly enjoy having to stand on my front porch to make phone calls because the reception in our house is non existent. Finding reception in our house feels like searching for Waldo. My husband and I have finally resorted to communicating via Facetime, because it is the only way to communicate without standing outside. On the occasions we have to call AT&T, we are greeted by someone we can understand less than our overpriced bills. Thank you again for making every interaction with you a memorable one. Until late last year, I had 4-5 dots for cell reception, then changed from iPhone 6 to 6s and reception dropped to 1-2 dots. Thought it was the 6s, so just bought an iPhone 7 - still 1 dot and, if I'm lucky, occasionally 2 dots. I've lived in the same place for 10 years and never had anything but great reception until this past year.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint service is horrible in Dallas. It's slow and you can't get a signal anywhere. Sprint also has two signal types 3G and LTE. There services constantly change between both every 1-2 minutes. When it changes your services are frozen for the 30 seconds it takes to switch over. Never buy Sprint services.Was this review helpful to you?
This is the worst service I've ever had. When calling people I have to call several times because the first few result in me not being able to hear on my end. Although I have unlimited 4g, I am seldom able to get an Internet connection. Save ur time and money and go with any other carrier.Was this review helpful to you?
The representatives in their stores, miss represent the contracts with upgrades on their products. I donated my old phone to men / women in our armedcservice. And I received money doing this, which I used toward the new products. I was lead to believe at that point the old phone was paided in for in full. Well I was wrong..Was this review helpful to you?
The reception in this area sucks. I called Verizon to see if they can do anything about it and nothing was resolved. In comparison my partner has AT&T and his service is stellar. I have to walk outside to make calls and even then the signal is very weak. Right now I'm pressed against a window to get service because its raining outside and I have one bar. I've been with Verizon for almost 15 years and now I'm about to switch. It's a shame.Was this review helpful to you?
