Staying in Dallas for a whileand my serice is horrible. They sent me a new phone. Still horrible. I have to go outside to make calls and still drop them. Service is to expensive to not be reliable. I will be changing providers, as the service is not reliable back at home either. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had ATT for almost 10 yrs and never have I had such terrible service as I do in my current location. I am near the Granada and Greeneville which should never have an issue. What is up ATT?? Fix It!Was this review helpful to you?
Calls drop constantly even with line of sight connection to T-Mobile tower. The one minute the phone shows T mobile and the next it shows Searching- cannot find T-Mobile connection and then suddenly it is good- this happens 20+ times a day. I do not experience this in other areas or cities. More people in the office experience it too on their Tmoble phones. This also happens outside the office. I took my phone to the T-Mobile store - they tested it and also replaced the simm card and said there is nothing wrong with the phone. The closer you get to the this area T-Mobile tower, you hear a lot of jitter on the phone. I offered to meet a T-Mobile tech at their tower that he can hear and experience the problem but they decline it. I have been with them for 12 years and I think it is time to move on since they are not prepared to fix their problem. I cannot believe T-Mobile service is so bad in this country! If one go to Germany they have excellent service. seems that the locals just want to make money and not spend money to get their system working. It is a pity there no institution that can fine them for bad service! Was this review helpful to you?
T Mobile network is very poor and their service also awful. After waiting for 4 days to resolve my connectivity issues, CRS guys still asking to wait for the issue to get resolved. T Mobile really sucks. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon Wireless has no service or ability to provide tower service in Dallas TX area. Go Figure, Verizon Wireless claims to have the best coverage… WRONG! Call into CSR, they try to say it is the users phone, not them! Ignorance is so Bliss! Was this review helpful to you?
On 1 bar of LTE signal data rates are always at least 8 Mbps down and 5.62 Mbps up indoors. Depending on signal they can be as high as 27 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up. No problem with calls. Signal here is better than AT&T or Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
Very spotty and unreliable connections. At home I lose connection from room to room. There have been several times I have had to restart phone to recapture connection. Making what should be a quick process, less than 15 sec take 7 to 10 minutes. AT&T cost more but I have watched my girlfriends ATT plan always out perform on coverage area and data speed. Tmobile:not such a deal when it doesn't work in alot of urban places. Was this review helpful to you?
I work at DFW Airport. For the good part of a year, T-Mobile used to really stink at work. I'd always have plenty of bars but no Internet connection, or extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of all the terminal construction. Recently I'd been out sick for a little over a week. When I came back, it seems service has improved immensely. Where I was getting less than 1 mbps, I now constantly pull in a decent 8 to 9 mbps. No blazing fast, but enough to browse and stream music. Glad the problem was fixed. Was this review helpful to you?
Most of the times when I try to make a call or send a text I do not have a signal. They even sent out a signal enhancer which did not help at all. Then when I call I get treated like crap, or I get tranferred all over. I have been with Sprint since 1995. I thinking about switching. Was this review helpful to you?
I miss about 1 out of every 3 phone calls. The calls go straight to voicemail because the service is so bad. I'll have full bars until someone calls me or I am trying to dial out. Then it suddenly drops to zero bars. Sptint is just terrible. I have also called support several times, and there is absolutely no way to get out of the contract without paying the fee, even if the service doesn't work on your phone. Was this review helpful to you?
