I switched to T mobile from Sprint because of constant data drops from sprint. Now with T-Mobile I am having the same issues when the guy at their office told me he goes to Lone Star Park all the time and never has any issues with his coverage. LIAR! I work over night so its not like I am on the towers during their peak hours and I have absolutely no coverage. If I get on the roof of my building I can get some 4g data but not anywhere else. I have tried standing out in the middle of the parking lot and nothing. I do not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. when these phones are paid off I am going to Verizon. And on top of that had 1 phone that the screen broke on and contacted them about getting it repaired with the Jump warranty and they told me $175 and they would send me another phone. I don't want another phone since a screen being cracked is repairable damage, "Well sir we don't do that. Send us money and we will replace the phone." was what they told me. I got screen fixed $125 at a phone repair shop. and didn't have to go thru the full setting up another phone hassle.Was this review helpful to you?
Was forced to "upgrade cell phone" because MetroPCS is dropping CDMA networks in favor of T-Mobile's GSM Old Service with MetroPCS no problems with CDMA network for years and years. Now T-Mobile GSM drops every call to every phone conversation. It doesn't matter if I make or receive the call ALL calls drop sometime when phone has 4 bars. So if you choose to be forced to upgrade service is horrible.Was this review helpful to you?
This is the worst service I've ever had. When calling people I have to call several times because the first few result in me not being able to hear on my end. Although I have unlimited 4g, I am seldom able to get an Internet connection. Save ur time and money and go with any other carrier.Was this review helpful to you?

The reception in this area sucks. I called Verizon to see if they can do anything about it and nothing was resolved. In comparison my partner has AT&T and his service is stellar. I have to walk outside to make calls and even then the signal is very weak. Right now I'm pressed against a window to get service because its raining outside and I have one bar. I've been with Verizon for almost 15 years and now I'm about to switch. It's a shame.Was this review helpful to you?
I've only been with them 2 days. Used only 200mb out of my unlimited plan. INTERNET IS SUPER SLOW AND ITDDISCONNECTS from the server consistently.. So far, I'm not a happy customer.Was this review helpful to you?

Zero reception inside apartment. T-Mobile basically calls me a liar for saying I get no reception. They claim because there are not multiple dropped calls there is no evidence of bad reception. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
