All of a sudden, my phone reception is terrible. I can hear but whomever I talk to can hear me sporadically. Phone calls drop. Even when my internet connection is fine.Was this review helpful to you?
No dropped calls, but data reception completely sucks. They claim to be number 1 in data speeds in major metropolitan areas, but I have found that is a lie. I'm a truck driver and I stream alot so when my phone's data doesn't work in major areas it leaves me with abdolutely nothing to do. Thanks Verizon for bold face lying to potential customers and pre-existing customers. You sure don't mind collecting your money for service only half rendered.Was this review helpful to you?
I have lived here since January 2013 and have had Verizon the entire time. I got a smart phone December 2018. Prior to this, I had a flip phone and the service was not great. With my smartphone, in the past few months, I have no data connection, 75% of the time and I cannot depend on the network to work for my phone calls. I am forced to go to Fed Ex Office or another business where Verizon's signal is stronger. Years ago, Verizon said there was a definite service problem in my area and they were working to fix it and assured me with my smartphone I would have great service; I DON'T! I am trying to talk with them about this now but it takes forever to get through. My money is wasted on them and I am planning on filing an official complaint with whatever agency I can! AT&T service in the Richardson Texas is horrible, One bar if you lucky, walk 10 feet - no service. I have called AT&T cell service, either AT&T doesn't care or the technical group is worthless - one of the two has to be true. Tower is less than a quarter mile away. Am paying more than 340 for 2phones and some gadgets, I barely have 1-2 bars on my phone at my apartment I lived with this for over 6yrs been with T-Mobile, I have been calling the for over 4 years but they always tell me that technicians are coming to check my towers in my area but I find out that it was just templates lies from them. I called them over 10 times in 4 years but they always gave same story. I can’t leave my apartment cos of T-Mobile signalWas this review helpful to you?

Moving to this area from a few blocks away. Cannot believe how poor the service is. Will work from home part of the time--have never experienced this in the 30 years I've lived in Dallas. Something has to be done. If it is A T and T's fault, will switch carriers.Was this review helpful to you?
