T-Mobile
Don’t know what’s wrong in the area right next to 635 specially the strip mall area on MacArthur where you have stores like Target and the cypress water office area. Absolutely zero network for T-Mobile . You can’t makes calls nor get any data at all. T-Mobile just sucks in this neighborhood. It is completely useless. Now forced to move to Verizon since 1. I want a phone that works 2. T-Mobile won’t fix their network.

purchased Verizon monthly pre-paid plan for my Galazy 7. Coverage is no unreliable within the walls of my house as to be useless. For months I had been upset from the noise from next door neighbor sitting in his back yard having loud phone conversations ALL day. when I said something, he explained that he had a 2-year Verizon contract and didn't want to pay the cancellation fee. So neither of us could get coverage inside our own homes. This area around SMU is OWNED by ATT towers... . don't even consider Verizon...

We are VERY disappointed with CRICKET's service. First of all, they have POOR to NO reception coverage in Dallas, Texas but you wouldn't know that looking at the incorrect Coverage maps they use to attract new customers. On top of the connectively issues, when I call Cricket to ask they for help, due to English language dialect barriers, I consistently have to waste over 1-2 hours trying to get them to understand American English (with everyone saying they don't have the authority or the policies in place to improve any problems or they say it's not their job and transfer me into the abyss). Additionally, when I ask for a credit to address the fact that their coverage is intermittent and, at best, only 0 to 1 bars of reception. They respond that, according to their "Coverage Map" for our home and work addresses, their map says we have EXCELLENT coverage and say I am not telling the truth. I've offered to screenshot our phone screens showing that, regardless of what their Coverage map says, the TRUTH and REALITY is that there is only 0 to 1 bar (POOR coverage) and intermittent connectively where we live and work. But, they keep responding that there is no need to pass along feedback that they need to re-assess cell phone reception and traffic in Dallas to improve their service. But, instead, they just keep responding "no, we don't" and, regarding their inability to ever get the Cricket phone they forced us to use and it never worked, they say it's past it's 2-week window to replace it, even though I reported it on the same day we purchased it and THEY are the ones who have taken more than 2 weeks (now it's been MONTHS) to fix or replace the phone as they originally promised to do. So, both the local store on Greenville in Dallas refuses to fix the problem and also the central customer service refuses to deal with it either. They all say it is not their problem or it is against policies to fix the problems that THEY created with false promises of excellent reception and working phones.

Have lived close to Tyler and Jefferson for about 4 years. Have had very little problems with Metro. Data is a bit slow during peak times (3p-8p) and there are some surrounding areas that absolutely have shoty reception (Bishop and Davis). Over all I'm glad I had Metro.

I can actually see the ATT headquarters building from our suite on the 31st floor, but my staff using ATT has not service. Verizon service is working however for those users.

I didn't think it was possible but reception is actually getting worse in the area. I usually could not use my internet but now even the quality of calls is absolutely terrible.

I have called Cricket a total of 4 time over the last 4 months to no avail. I am not sure what service I will go with but it WONT be ATT network for sure!

Poor to non-existent during the work week. Average on the weekend. Clearly microcells or more towers are needed downtown. Send out your testers and see for yourself ATT. I wonder if you could even get reception at the ATT building 3 blocks away.
