We can hardly make phone calls and sending texts constantly fail. It has been bad but the last few weeks it horrible. Several dozen neighbors are complaining about it.

At work here in Dallas at I-30 and Inwood Rd, I have reception inside my office with the door closed and I'm not on a window. I get a signal when people can't seem to. I love my Samsung phone! Go MetroPCS! FYI - I've noticed if you can't get a good set of bars, if you'll spin in a circle with your phone in your hand - make the phone make a huge circle, then you'll be surprised at the number of bars you'll get for doing that.

I have lived here since January 2013 and have had Verizon the entire time. I got a smart phone December 2018. Prior to this, I had a flip phone and the service was not great. With my smartphone, in the past few months, I have no data connection, 75% of the time and I cannot depend on the network to work for my phone calls. I am forced to go to Fed Ex Office or another business where Verizon's signal is stronger. Years ago, Verizon said there was a definite service problem in my area and they were working to fix it and assured me with my smartphone I would have great service; I DON'T! I am trying to talk with them about this now but it takes forever to get through. My money is wasted on them and I am planning on filing an official complaint with whatever agency I can! Their coverage map is a lie!!!!!

AT&T service in the Richardson Texas is horrible, One bar if you lucky, walk 10 feet - no service. I have called AT&T cell service, either AT&T doesn't care or the technical group is worthless - one of the two has to be true. Tower is less than a quarter mile away. Even the AT&T techs have complained.

Am paying more than 340 for 2phones and some gadgets, I barely have 1-2 bars on my phone at my apartment I lived with this for over 6yrs been with T-Mobile, I have been calling the for over 4 years but they always tell me that technicians are coming to check my towers in my area but I find out that it was just templates lies from them. I called them over 10 times in 4 years but they always gave same story. I can’t leave my apartment cos of T-Mobile signal

We can not get but.25 bars in our house and yard. We can only do wifi calling. We have A T and T internet. What is wrong with this service? I've had TMobile since 2001 and this is the worst service I have had.

Moving to this area from a few blocks away. Cannot believe how poor the service is. Will work from home part of the time--have never experienced this in the 30 years I've lived in Dallas. Something has to be done. If it is A T and T's fault, will switch carriers.
