I can actually see the ATT headquarters building from our suite on the 31st floor, but my staff using ATT has not service. Verizon service is working however for those users.

AT&T blows. Been here 7 years. This is now a heavily populated area, and can't make a single call from my house. Texts don't come through. Calls don't come through. Voice mail won't even show up until I'm several miles from my house. As someone that makes my income with my phone, this is extremely frustrating. Even more frustrating when that bill gets higher and higher every month. Get it together service providers. I'm ready to start a class action against these folks for stealing our money for years. If they want to give us discounted service, I want a discounted rate.

I didn't think it was possible but reception is actually getting worse in the area. I usually could not use my internet but now even the quality of calls is absolutely terrible.

I get dropped from the entire network and have to go to my phone and reconnect to Cricket network. Drops me CONSTANTLY and have NO SERVICE majority of the time. I have called Cricket a total of 4 time over the last 4 months to no avail. I am not sure what service I will go with but it WONT be ATT network for sure!

Poor to non-existent during the work week. Average on the weekend. Clearly microcells or more towers are needed downtown. Send out your testers and see for yourself ATT. I wonder if you could even get reception at the ATT building 3 blocks away.

I've had AT&T since I've owned a cell phone. Moved to Dallas 1 year ago and my reception was great for 4 months, now it's horrible! My phone either has No Service at all unless I'm standing on my patio and even then I drop calls or audio goes dead silent until it completely drops. Inside my condo... Zero service now. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Working from my home office on days I can is a complete joke! If anyone is experiencing the same and has changed providers, please let me know so I can switch! I can't do business with the reception I'm getting.

Dear AT&T, Thank you for overcharging us ridiculously poor cell reception. I particularly enjoy having to stand on my front porch to make phone calls because the reception in our house is non existent. Finding reception in our house feels like searching for Waldo. My husband and I have finally resorted to communicating via Facetime, because it is the only way to communicate without standing outside. On the occasions we have to call AT&T, we are greeted by someone we can understand less than our overpriced bills. Thank you again for making every interaction with you a memorable one. Until late last year, I had 4-5 dots for cell reception, then changed from iPhone 6 to 6s and reception dropped to 1-2 dots. Thought it was the 6s, so just bought an iPhone 7 - still 1 dot and, if I'm lucky, occasionally 2 dots. I've lived in the same place for 10 years and never had anything but great reception until this past year.

I have T-Mobile and it worked great up north in Carrollton... but then I moved to this area and struggle to get connection.inside my apartment I have one circle (iphone 6s) and outside the apartment I get 2 circles. It is really slow and to top it off, if you go over your data, your internet pretty much stops working, even with full bars LTE. Its pathetic to punish people who do not want to pay to use a lot of data by giving them speeds even worse that the old dial up days on 56k modems!

Sprint service is horrible in Dallas. It's slow and you can't get a signal anywhere. Sprint also has two signal types 3G and LTE. There services constantly change between both every 1-2 minutes. When it changes your services are frozen for the 30 seconds it takes to switch over. Never buy Sprint services.
