Constant data issues. Some days are ok but usually horribly slow / no connection to data. Same issue with different phones and an "upgraded plan" from T mobile.

Barely loads with data, calls fail and drop, reception cuts in and out. Houses are pricey over here so very surprised the service is this terrible! We even have a cell tower near the fire station three blocks away so weird it’s still this bad. If I’m not on WiFi then my phone is simply a calculator. I’ve put in reports with T-Mobile but nothing has changed yet. If it does I’ll update this review.

I have Poor to No reception in my house! To answer the call I rush outside only to be heard "you're breaking up, miss, I can't hear you" what are shitshow with claiming offering the 5G technology. I guess city of Coppell doesn't allow cellphone towers here.. less cancer for us.

I switched to Verizon, but I only get 1-2 bars in my home. Since I'm working from Home a lot lately, I'm now looking for a new provider.

Lived here since the inception of cell phone service. It's never been good but has gotten worse since 2018. To make a call I have to stand in the middle of my backyard or walk down to the corner. For years I reported this to AT&T using their "Mark The Spot" app, but not only has the problem not been resolved, not only has the problem worsened, but AT&T recently removed the app and it's no longer usable.

I am visiting my Sister in Coppell. The signal is terrible. One to two bars at the best. Load times are crazy. I get better signal in the basement of any giant building in OKC! This is embarrassing. I am going to recommend that she switches carriers. Might start a online boycot. I can’t believe that ATT has this poor of coverage in north Texas. I have always recommended ATT until I experienced this. Thank you.

I've lived here for 4 years, and as building progressed the cell service got worse. I checked the cell tower coverage via CellMapper and of all the towers in a 3mile radius, NONE of them cover the entire apartment complex. They actually cover the outside of the entire building on all sides. No WONDER our cell service is horrible. I get dropped calls ALL THE TIME. And I have had interviews that required service. I thought it was my phone, I bought a new phone. I thought it was my wifi - I worked on that. It's none of these. it's the lack of cell coverage here. GET IT TOGETHER VERIZON AND ALL OTHER CELL SERVICES. how can you NOT cover an entire community??? Ive called Verizon and asked my apartment complex to request coverage via the city. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

All of a sudden, my phone reception is terrible. I can hear but whomever I talk to can hear me sporadically. Phone calls drop. Even when my internet connection is fine.

No dropped calls, but data reception completely sucks. They claim to be number 1 in data speeds in major metropolitan areas, but I have found that is a lie. I'm a truck driver and I stream alot so when my phone's data doesn't work in major areas it leaves me with abdolutely nothing to do. Thanks Verizon for bold face lying to potential customers and pre-existing customers. You sure don't mind collecting your money for service only half rendered.

I have lived here since January 2013 and have had Verizon the entire time. I got a smart phone December 2018. Prior to this, I had a flip phone and the service was not great. With my smartphone, in the past few months, I have no data connection, 75% of the time and I cannot depend on the network to work for my phone calls. I am forced to go to Fed Ex Office or another business where Verizon's signal is stronger. Years ago, Verizon said there was a definite service problem in my area and they were working to fix it and assured me with my smartphone I would have great service; I DON'T! I am trying to talk with them about this now but it takes forever to get through. My money is wasted on them and I am planning on filing an official complaint with whatever agency I can! Their coverage map is a lie!!!!!
