Reception not working. Was this review helpful to you?
Since 2001, AT&T has been giving me excuses for the lack of reception for the Addison Circle area. The excuses change from person to person, but they all admit that service sucks. I have tried boosters and even standing outside to be able to complete a call. My employer pays for my phone, so it would be hard to change... ... ... ...Was this review helpful to you?
I recently updated my phone, to what was supposed to be a better version for my phone, IT WAS A DISASTER! I had so many problems out of the Samsung Galaxy s5, I was dying to get out of it. I decided to go to the Sprint store to see what my options were. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted with so much energy, and excitement, the place just had a really cool atmosphere, One of the agents walked up to me and offered help, The gentlemen's name was Everett, he was very soft spoken, but very polite, and knowledgeable, about the device, all of the devices as a matter of fact, I felt he was the guy for the job, after I pleaded to just get out of the s5, he went over my options, and asked what budget I would like to stay in, needless to say, I walked out with a great phone, carefully explained to me the differences between my old and new phone, my new estimated bill amount, and also some REALLY, REALLY, REALLY GREAT freebies included with my upgrade, I was there for a little while, but I had so much information that needed to be transferred, and this guy made it all enjoyable. If you are ever in need of a Sprint Store, look for this one, and Let Everett take care of you, it will be a remarkable experience. I was just WOW"ED at my experience here. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!Was this review helpful to you?
Worst cell service area I can never rarely call Indiana. I usually have to go search for a land line. Drops calls constantly Service is a joke. All I hear they are working on a tower. They have been now for years. Its a joke goung into the store. I was told mine had no contract but found out later it cost hundreds to get out of it. Tried several times trying to call it Indiana never got through. What a crap the phone and the service. I had straight talk in the past Never had an issue with them But Sprint still gets my 197 a month on time. No matter if I can't use it. I hope they fall some day and hard One P.Off customerWas this review helpful to you?
ATT is headquartered in Dallas, so you'd hope that the metroplex they're headquartered in has pretty good cell phone coverage. There are few places in Dallas county that I've gone to that have any gaps of service. They've expanded the network a lot lately. I've been with them for four or five years now and have had practically no reception issues. Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage is fairly poor for being in a major city. Funnily enough, my roommate consistently has better coverage with T-Mobile. I never would have guessed that. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is evil. They should be shut down and sued into Bankruptcy for fraudulent practices. I left AT&T after many years. HUGE mistake. Sprint coverage is nonexistent and frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
I have to go outside to make phone calls. Absolutely no service indoors and even stepping outside, I only get 3G and the phone drops calls 90% of the time. I recently switched from AT&T and needless to say, I will be going back. The price for what I needed was a little cheaper at Verizon, but the reception in this area as well as many other areas throughout dallas are absolutely awful. DO NOT switch to Verizon if you live in the Dallas area, terrible. Was this review helpful to you?
Big problem is no Verizon wireless service over most of Hwy. 69 between Atoka, OK and Muskogee, OK. What is wrong with Verizon wireless service in that 100+ mile stretch of a major highway? Was this review helpful to you?
I just discovered why I have zero signal using this site. The tower is located directly behind the 10,000,000 sq foot warehouse I am in. "If coverage is great outdoors but vanishes once inside, a problem could be the transmission power. Since more users requires more towers to be placed, it requires less power to cover a smaller area. The weaker signals will not be able to penetrate buildings deeper."Was this review helpful to you?
