Because I switched these two phones back and forth MANY Times, I can verify a Very consistent problem with dropping calls and bad connection using my NEW Blackberry Bold 9000 and 3g - The THREE G is the problem! When I switch BACK to my Blackberry Curve 8310 (which uses GSM reception), I NEVER have ANY Problems. I ALWAYS get 5 GSM Bars so, 3G is the Problem. I'm staying with my Old Blackberry Curve 8310 using ONLY GSM - I thought 3G was suppose to be a lot better? - Dang Thee 3 G!Was this review helpful to you?
Opened a poor data speeds ticket with T-Mobile and it got escalated to their network team. A month later, and I had to call to get an update on the ticket. They closed the ticket with o contacting me stating that it was a "coverage issue". They will not agree they have a coverage problem in my primary area, which I guess they have been trained to do. But, doesn't coverage problem = coverage issue? I'm switching to Verizon.Was this review helpful to you?

For the last 4 weeks, you will only get 2G / Edge reception in this location. I have called and open a ticket on this issue but it doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. Paying $30 a month for Edge connection is not what I sign up for.Was this review helpful to you?
No phone or text in or out in this area. Tech support told me that tower is down and will be up on Aug 15. Funny thing is phone shows at least 3 bars and the web access works on the phone. Also just a block away all the services work.Was this review helpful to you?
My phone will indicate I have full bars but no incoming or outgoing calls. Also evdo is down. This is very frustrating. I am thinking of dropping Sprint because of this.Was this review helpful to you?
Really great reception, I have lived in this area for over a year and have had 0 dropped calls and no static or problems with internet connection or phone reception I love T-Mobile I am so upset that ATT bought them now I am switching to Verizon and hoping for the bestWas this review helpful to you?

Cannot get 4G signal with thunderbolt in Les Lacs neighborhood. At best, 1 bar of 3G signal. Called Verizon and was advised by tech team after sending out a person to measure signal that I live in a marginal area.Was this review helpful to you?
