I have T-Mobile and it worked great up north in Carrollton... but then I moved to this area and struggle to get connection.inside my apartment I have one circle (iphone 6s) and outside the apartment I get 2 circles. It is really slow and to top it off, if you go over your data, your internet pretty much stops working, even with full bars LTE. Its pathetic to punish people who do not want to pay to use a lot of data by giving them speeds even worse that the old dial up days on 56k modems!

Often find my phone sitting with no signal. When I do have signal, the data is unresponsive and signal does not penetrate walls easily.

Sprint service is horrible in Dallas. It's slow and you can't get a signal anywhere. Sprint also has two signal types 3G and LTE. There services constantly change between both every 1-2 minutes. When it changes your services are frozen for the 30 seconds it takes to switch over. Never buy Sprint services.

Cannot make / receive any phone calls inside office building, you have to walk outside. Plus, my phone doesn't connect to WiFi here. And it's a widespread issue at the office that started in the past 5 weeks or so.

Over 3 years T-Mobile has gone from fair to nonexistant. I show 4 bars and 4g lte but when I run network diagnostics the download speed is less than 100 kbyt / sec and upload is zero (network comm issues). In other parts of town it runs 60mbs down and 25-30mbs up. Obviously a tower problem but T-Mobile refuses to fix the problem. They are letting what infrastructure they had go downhill and they penalize you for terminating your contract. Stay away from T-Mobile. This is an upscale part of town and the reception sucks.

Pretty much like the rest of these folks. Poor data and tower drop out. At Reddington Park in Addison, I am 500 meters from a T-Mobil tower. I used network analysis software and out of a 5 minute window the tower was down (no signal) for 3 min 56 seconds. Easy to see why my phone is constantly switching towers.

My cell service is mostly 3g with frequent drops to 2g. Analysis software shows the nearest tower is pumping out a pitiful 12.2 femtowatts. That is 12.2 quadrillionths of a watt. Data speed is averaging 100 kbits to 235 kbits. Average signal is -112 db. I pay 180.00 a month for high speed internet. Not happening. T-Mobile could care less.

Since 2001, AT&T has been giving me excuses for the lack of reception for the Addison Circle area. The excuses change from person to person, but they all admit that service sucks. I have tried boosters and even standing outside to be able to complete a call. My employer pays for my phone, so it would be hard to change... ... ... ...

Worst cell service area I can never rarely call Indiana. I usually have to go search for a land line. Drops calls constantly Service is a joke. All I hear they are working on a tower. They have been now for years. Its a joke goung into the store. I was told mine had no contract but found out later it cost hundreds to get out of it. Tried several times trying to call it Indiana never got through. What a crap the phone and the service. I had straight talk in the past Never had an issue with them But Sprint still gets my 197 a month on time. No matter if I can't use it. I hope they fall some day and hard One P.Off customer
