I work at DFW Airport. For the good part of a year, T-Mobile used to really stink at work. I'd always have plenty of bars but no Internet connection, or extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of all the terminal construction. Recently I'd been out sick for a little over a week. When I came back, it seems service has improved immensely. Where I was getting less than 1 mbps, I now constantly pull in a decent 8 to 9 mbps. No blazing fast, but enough to browse and stream music. Glad the problem was fixed.Was this review helpful to you?
Most of the times when I try to make a call or send a text I do not have a signal. They even sent out a signal enhancer which did not help at all. Then when I call I get treated like crap, or I get tranferred all over. I have been with Sprint since 1995. I thinking about switching.Was this review helpful to you?
Signal strength has been getting progressively worse. I cannot use my cell phone inside my home. Outside signal strength is only marginally better. This is a newer, heavily populated development.Was this review helpful to you?
No ability to get or send voice or text since December 21. Repeated calls to Sprint yielded many promises and apologies. I just called and insisted on a discount to compensate for my downtime; they gave me 15.00 and promised to "adjust" my balance for any more interruption. I was assured that the "improved service" with "enhanced G4" will resume on January 3d. We'll see. Until then, I rely on AT&T (yechh).Was this review helpful to you?
Throughout my area in Oakcliff I get like one bar the most three. Sometimes I will get more I just looked at my phone right now this moment I have three bars! I keep having to send out the same message cause it does not send on the first try. Each person I text I have to send the same message over and over until it randomly goes through. Another problem i've encountered I can't make out going calls what is up with that? Who knows if someone is trying to call me right now. I would text someone to call me, but that would mean sending out the message until it feels like going through. This is my first month with Sprint, and what a bad way to start off a two year contract!Was this review helpful to you?
The service is getting worse each year. Can only talk a few seconds in the driveway and the reception fades in and out. We have obligation to pay bill due to contract so they should have obligation to provide coverage.Was this review helpful to you?

I have had below average coverage in this area for the past 10 years. Actually, in the past 6 months of 2012 the reception has degraded to poor and sometimes No Service. Have reported numerous times to AT&T as have many neighbors to no avail. I have heard Verizon may be better and am considering a switch. I have been a long-time AT&T customer and I wish they would simply remedy the problem as so many people are affected.Was this review helpful to you?
1x and usually one bar. This when standing on the roof of a 10 story building, outside, and 1 / 2 mile southwest of downtown Dallas. The closest Verizon tower is a 1461 Motor ST, about 2 miles away as the crow flys. I'm at the corner of N. Beckley and Colorado... . No one that has Verizon here gets any better signal.
