AT&T

Signal strength has been getting progressively worse. I cannot use my cell phone inside my home. Outside signal strength is only marginally better. This is a newer, heavily populated development.

Sprint

No ability to get or send voice or text since December 21. Repeated calls to Sprint yielded many promises and apologies. I just called and insisted on a discount to compensate for my downtime; they gave me 15.00 and promised to "adjust" my balance for any more interruption. I was assured that the "improved service" with "enhanced G4" will resume on January 3d. We'll see. Until then, I rely on AT&T (yechh).

Sprint

Throughout my area in Oakcliff I get like one bar the most three. Sometimes I will get more I just looked at my phone right now this moment I have three bars! I keep having to send out the same message cause it does not send on the first try. Each person I text I have to send the same message over and over until it randomly goes through. Another problem i've encountered I can't make out going calls what is up with that? Who knows if someone is trying to call me right now. I would text someone to call me, but that would mean sending out the message until it feels like going through. This is my first month with Sprint, and what a bad way to start off a two year contract!

The service is getting worse each year. Can only talk a few seconds in the driveway and the reception fades in and out. We have obligation to pay bill due to contract so they should have obligation to provide coverage.

Signal is terrible. Always dropped calls in Lancaster. In other areas of Dallas County, not an issue

I have had below average coverage in this area for the past 10 years. Actually, in the past 6 months of 2012 the reception has degraded to poor and sometimes No Service. Have reported numerous times to AT&T as have many neighbors to no avail. I have heard Verizon may be better and am considering a switch. I have been a long-time AT&T customer and I wish they would simply remedy the problem as so many people are affected.

Verizon

1x and usually one bar. This when standing on the roof of a 10 story building, outside, and 1 / 2 mile southwest of downtown Dallas. The closest Verizon tower is a 1461 Motor ST, about 2 miles away as the crow flys. I'm at the corner of N. Beckley and Colorado... . No one that has Verizon here gets any better signal. However, the service is great everywhere but where I work

T-Mobile

Drops all of my calls! Dont get service in most of the house or neighborhood! Dot know why this hasnt been fixed

I have been battling poor reception for 6 years now and if they can't fix this problem I will have to change providers. Me and the other members of my family. And we are not on the family plan either.

terrible reception inside the house... .even if I walk outside, I sometimes fail to get a call out. why haven't they fixed this!?

Extra slow and no coverage can't even talk on my phone cause the line cuts off metro has more coverage in this area so sad a big dissapointment

Switched from Sprint because had to go outside to avoid dropped calls. Almost no dropped calls with Verizon.

I have the worst possible reception in my house. This has been an ongoing problem for 7 years. I can't believe ATT has not been able to improve reception. I can't believe I continue to renew my contract.

I have the worst reception possible at my house of all places. Most calls go straight to voicemail and I do not even see them as missed calls.

I have a 300 phone and still have terrible reception. I guess in order to have a cheap monthly bill I will have to deal with poor reception.

My flight was cancelled tonight and ha to call my travel agent. Call was dropped twice and when the agent called me it went to my vmail as there wasn't a strong enough signal. Overall coverage at the airport is terrible and very weak and intermittent at best. Not surprisingly, trying to email or surf the Internet while waiting around was very slow.

Enjoyed AT&T most of time, but I live in a 1 sq. mile dead area and AT&T will not even take down my complaint so as to consider new tower in this area.

No Reception inside bulidings at all. And outside I can not move are I lose the signal.

Going around the Spur 408 gitting onto loop 12 toward Irving.. I allways drop calls..
