Sprint is evil. They should be shut down and sued into Bankruptcy for fraudulent practices. I left AT&T after many years. HUGE mistake. Sprint coverage is nonexistent and frustrating.Was this review helpful to you?
I have to go outside to make phone calls. Absolutely no service indoors and even stepping outside, I only get 3G and the phone drops calls 90% of the time. I recently switched from AT&T and needless to say, I will be going back. The price for what I needed was a little cheaper at Verizon, but the reception in this area as well as many other areas throughout dallas are absolutely awful. DO NOT switch to Verizon if you live in the Dallas area, terrible.Was this review helpful to you?
I switched to T-Mobile cause my old phone broke... ..very very very devastating and biggest mistake... .iv called customer service plenty of times and nothing was done... just made it worse... I can't access Internet and my mins kept dropping faster than usual... ..Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile advertises itself as the UN-carrier. After a week in their lousy network I'd say they're the NON-carrier. In Dallas, about 20% of the time I don't have ANY data connection. Out of Dallas I have data about 20% of the time. This is a classic cell phone carrier providing 3G internet on some spots. I thought Sprint has a poor coverage, but now Sprint seems to be a great carrier.Was this review helpful to you?
For two years I've listened to their ad saying they have perfect reception. The truth is I've asked for support for two years and still get 1 bar. My calls drop every time if I talk long enough. They have stated they are not fixing this even though I've had the problem for more that two years and have paid as agreed. Then they had the nerve to ask ME for $250 for a signal booster. Screw Verizon IF THEY WON'T FIX THEIR POOR SERVICE. I'll take any suggestionsWas this review helpful to you?
Horrific signal reception within a 2 mile radius of this location (-120+ db). Pretty central location in Dallas to not have mobile phone service in my opinion.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible ! Drops calls 50%. More than 50% of incoming calls go straight to voice mail and take 1 / 2 hour to get there. Rarely have more than 2 bars, except in the wee hours of the night. Store told me for last 6 months that they're still working on towers in north Dallas. Last month they blamed it on my phone and told me to upgrade (with new 2 yr contract, of course) Won't let me out of contract and had no sympathy for my $80+ bill that I'm paying for NO service!Was this review helpful to you?
This is the worst service I've ever had. When calling people I have to call several times because the first few result in me not being able to hear on my end. Although I have unlimited 4g, I am seldom able to get an Internet connection. Save ur time and money and go with any other carrier.Was this review helpful to you?
Before I moved to this area my cellphone reception was wonderful. I'm less than 3 miles away from a T-Mobile cellphone tower and I have the worst reception I have ever had since I've owned a cell phone. It's very frustrating when my family is trying to reach me and they can't get through or I can't send a simple text message or access the Internet.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception SUCKS everywhere in this area - with or without pricey boosters. One bar at best in the house - can squeeze 2 bars if I go to the upstairs front window and lean forward. Total dead zone. Actually contemplating a land line... in 20 f'n 15. @#!$% AT&TWas this review helpful to you?
