We are VERY disappointed with AT&T CRICKET. First of all, they have POOR to NO reception coverage in Dallas, Texas but you wouldn't know that looking at the incorrect Coverage maps they use to attract new customers. On top of the connectively issues, when I call AT&T 's Cricket subsidiary to ask for help, due to English language dialect barriers, we always have to WASTE over 1-3 HOURS because they struggle with American English. Then, after all those HOURS, each person parrots the same messages: they don't have the authority to fix any of the issues; their polices prevent them from offering any solution whatsoever; they say it's not THEIR job so I should call or transfer to another department, another company or another person who they assure me WILL be able to fix it. Then, when I'm transferred, it either becomes disconnected or the new person, place or thing, says they don't know what I'm talking about because they didn't get any info transferred with me and then they conclude they are the wrong department, person, place or thing as well. And, it all starts over again. At best, they say someone will call me back or they will file a report (but no one ever calls me back and the problems never get addressed or fixed whatsoever). The only thing they DO get done is to BILL us. So, we seem to be in an infinite loop of calling them, and being told we imagined the problems or the company won't allow them to resolve anything or offer any mitigation. At this juncture, we ask them to issue us a partial if not full CREDIT for the period of time the Cricket phone they provided to us and also their reception has not and continues not to function as promised (and as their Coverage Map incorrectly shows). But, they say they can NOT give any credit and they just keep responding that they can't see any reception issues on their INCORRECT Coverage Map for Dallas. so they just get rid of us by transferring us to another random agent who also is not allowed to fix the problem or issue us even $1 of credit for not their not providing us with the advertised and promised working phone or reception ; they offer no help whatsoever; Instead, every single employee both at the local store and on the phone replies that it's either not their job or against policy to help and that we should go or call somebody else. Additionally, when I ask for a credit to address the fact that their coverage is intermittent and, at best, only 0 to 1 bars of reception. They respond that, according to their "Coverage Map" for our home and work addresses, their map says we have EXCELLENT coverage and say I am not telling the truth. I've offered to screenshot our phone screens showing that, regardless of what their Coverage map says, the TRUTH and REALITY is that there is only 0 to 1 bar (POOR coverage) and intermittent connectively where we live and work. But, they keep responding that there is no need to pass along feedback that they need to re-assess cell phone reception and traffic in Dallas to improve their service. But, instead, they just keep responding "no, we don't" and, regarding their inability to ever get the AT&T's Cricket phone they forced us to use and it never worked, they say it's past it's 2-week window to replace it, even though I reported it on the same day we purchased it and THEY are the ones who have taken more than 2 weeks (now it's been MONTHS) to fix or replace the phone as they originally promised to do. So, both the local store on Greenville in Dallas refuses to fix the problem and also the central customer service refuses to deal with it either. They all say it is not their problem or it is against policies to fix the problems that THEY created with false promises of excellent reception and working phones.

Just moved to this part of Plano, and I rarely go beyond a single bar. While talking on the phone, calls either get dropped and my phone will say, “no service,” or one or both of us cannot hear the other. It’s very frustrating. I work 5 miles up the road in Richardson, and will have all the bars or just one under all while at work. I’ve had AT&T all my life, and this is the first time I’ve ever had any coverage issues. If something doesn’t change, I may have to change providers.

3 months ago our service went from good to horrible. Verizon has not been receptive to hearing that it might be them. All 5 of our phones work great elsewhere but just not our house. When I told them that they said it might be my house construction! Seriously? They also said it might be if I was close to a large body of water! Seriously? I live in Coppell, TX. It's a Verizon issue but they are not taking responsibility.

I have had Verizon cell service since I have owned cell phones. I have never had a problem with the 12 lines that I have until fourth quarter 2016. It has gotten considerably worse since 2017. My phone is used primarily for business purposes and I am losing clients because the service is so poor. Clients constantly tell me but I am cutting out, cannot be heard, or the call is dropped all together 50% of the time! Verizon assures me that nothing has changed in this area, but I find that hard to believe. Several of my neighbors are also experiencing the same lack of service. Does anybody have a service provider in the 75013 area code that offers consistent cell coverage?

There are words I'd like to use to describe how TERRIBLE AT&T but I'll just say THIS SUCKS to be polite. NO RECEPTION WORTH A DAMN. DROPPED CALLS ALL DAY LONG (I work from home) micro cell is a JOKE; Worthless. Sounds likes aliens are on the line. AT&T should be ashamed at what they charge to have such pathetic coverage.
