I’m a business owner so my cell coverage is very important. I have AT&T and am looking to change. In my home there is no coverage. In my neighborhood I have limited coverage.

there's no data signal most of the time. no lte, only 3g. calls drop a lot. my contract is up this month so bye bye sprint

It’s horrible, it took me about 10 minutes to send one text message, when I try google searches my phone slowly loads, then at the last second it says that they lost connection to my service provider.

Good cellular and LTE Data. Can't go wrong with it! AT& T signal is used since they are sister companies. Customer service needs improvement.

As far as call and data coverage I have no complaints. Service has been excellent. My complaint is mainly the expense. $320 a month for Family plan with 4 members. Been thinking of switching to TMobile or Sprint but hear that their coverage sucks.

Cell reception is o to 2 bars intermittently. 4 G service is excellent. T-Mobile has to improve reception for Metro. They are the same company.

This great new Sprint network that's supposed to have improved everything changed NOTHING for us. After being a Sprint customer for 15 years, I switched to Virgin Mobile only to find out they're owned and controlled by Sprint. So, my service and coverage still suck, although I'm paying half as much as Sprint itself was charging (for the same services, which doesn't make a bit of sense). Of course, 55 / month with nothing working properly and lousy service versus previously 110 / month + fees / taxes with nothing working properly and lousy service CANNOT be considered a bargain. I'm paying a lot less, but still getting nothing in return! I don't understand how cell carriers stay in business if they don't have to provide the services they promised and charged us for!
