We’ve had AT&T over 20 years and service use to be great but the last 7 years are so has been terrible. We had to go with cell booster 3g and now the 4g booster and it’s terrible also. It may be time to move on.

I consistently show 1-2 bars. This is primarily since Sprint and T-Mobile united. With only Sprint I had normally 3-4 bars. Very poor!

I have terrible reception almost anywhere I go in Fort Worth. The most awful is the northeast part of town, along the I-35W near the Alliance (170) freeway. In that area I have zero reception. At home (Loop 820 near Azle) it is only a little better.

1-2 bars consistently; haven’t seen a 3 or 4 bar signal in over a year! Calls dropped, static reception. Contract up in a couple of months. Definitely changing to another carrier. And going back to the Samsung Android. The iPhone can jump in the lake!

I have terrible reception. My phone doesent ring at home. It goes to voicemail. Emails download all at once when I leave Benbrook. I don't receive emails for 2 to 6 hours after they are sent to my phone when I'm home. I have no idea if I miss calls completely unless the caller texts me to tell me to call her. I'm totally out of the area and no options to correct the problem.

The AT&T internet was very bad and after 5 years I swithched to Spectrum, which is much better. Now my AT&T cell service is very bad. Can't even answer most calls.Many dropped calls. Sad that such a big company is so poor on service and don't cafe about the service.
